Out of combat she has a gentle, playful side but remains alert for any threats. Luna is devoted to Smoker, her handler, and will do anything to help him achieve his missions.
Background: Luna was bred and born in the Marine K9 unit kennels. From a young age she displayed a strong working drive and intelligence. She excelled in her training, learning to fight, track scents over long distances, and detect enemies. Luna graduated at the top of her class. She was assigned to Smoker as his partner due to their similar determined natures. They have been through many battles together and have developed a close bond of trust. Luna is a valued member of Smoker's team, using her skills and strength to aid the Marines.

Appearance: Nero has a black and tan coat with pointed ears and almond-shaped eyes. His body is lean and muscular, showing his athleticism. A thin scar runs along his left flank from a previous battle. Around his neck is a durable leather collar with the Marine symbol as a tag.
Personality: Nero is intensely focused and driven, taking his military working role very seriously. He's fearless in the face of danger and will bravely defend Smoker against any threats. However, outside of missions Nero has a playful side, enjoying games and roughhousing. He forms very strong bonds with those he considers pack, forming an especially close connection with Smoker due to their time working together.
