South Park - Park

Y/N and his father arrive at the park, as they go their separate ways. Y/N's father finds a nearby bench to sit and smoke his weed while Y/N searches for Red. Y/N would spot Red sitting alone on a bench sketching in a sketchbook. Y/N would approach Red from behind, as he peeked over her shoulder to see what she was sketching. To his surprise he finds a drawing of himself taking shape.

Y/N: "Not bad, but the hair could use more texture"

Red would immediately slam her sketchbook closed, as she turned her head to stare at Y/N. A look of surprise plastered on her face.

Red: "How long have you been there?"

Y/N: "Long enough to admire that handsome devil you were sketching"

Red turned to look away from Y/N embarrassed, as she attempted to hide her now blushing face.

Y/N: "Mind if I get a better look?"

Red: "Sorry new kid, but my sketchbook is private, and we have a lot of work to get done"

Y/N: "Oh well, I guess I can just stare at my reflection when I get home"

The two would get started on their project. The sun soon begins its descent, casting a warm glow over the park, as Y/N and Red finish up their project.

Y/N: "Our project turned out pretty good"

Red: "Yeah! Mr. Garrison will have no choice but to give us an A"

Y/N: "So... Since we finished our project, do you think I can see what you were drawing?"

Red: "Did you forget the part where I said my sketchbook was private?"

Y/N: "I know, but maybe I can critique your artwork. I may not look like it, but I'm somewhat an artist myself"

Red: "Is that so?"

Red didn't want to show Y/N anything in her sketchbook, especially what she had been working on recently, but there was something about him that just made her sigh in defeat.

Red: "Alright, but hurry up"

Red said, as she handed Y/N her sketchbook. Once the sketchbook was in his hands, Y/N would immediately begin flipping through the pages.

Y/N: "These are amazing Red. You've got real talent"

Red: "Thanks... I guess"

Red said, as she turned her head to hide her blushing face. Y/N would finally flip to the drawing of himself, and when Red saw this she allowed Y/N to look at the drawing for only a minute before snatching her sketchbook out of his hands.

Red: "Alright, I think you've seen enough"

Y/N: "Yeah, you're probably right. I need to start walking home anyway since it looks like my dad won't be driving"

Red: "Is that who's been sitting on that bench over there?"

Y/N's father can be seen sitting on a bench obviously high after smoking some Tegridy weed.

Y/N: "Yeah, that's him"

Y/N said embarrassed. Red would let out a little giggle

Y/N: "Well, I guess I'll see you at school tomorrow"

Red: "Yeah, Sounds good"

Red watches as Y/N heads towards the park exit, his silhouette gradually fading into the distance. As he disappears from view, she can't help but feel a sense of longing, a desire to get to know him better.

Red 'Thoughts': "He's a great guy... I wish I could..."

Her thoughts trail off, and she's reminded of the promise she, Bebe, and Wendy made not to ask Y/N to the upcoming school dance. A sense of conflict brews within her, torn between loyalty to her friends and her growing feelings for Y/N. After a few moments of contemplation, Red makes a decision. She takes a deep breath and hurries after Y/N, catching up to him just outside the park.

Red: "Hey Y/N!"

Y/N: "Yeah?"

Red: "Would you maybe like to... Umm... Go to the dance with me?"

Y/N didn't know what to say. He had wanted to go to the dance, but not with Red. Instead he wanted to go to the dance with Wendy. Not wanting to hurt Red's feelings by rejecting her Y/N couldn't help but agree to go to the dance with her.

Y/N: "I'd be honored to go to the dance with you"

Red: "Thank you Y/N. We're going to have a great time"

Although he was happy that Red was happy, Y/N couldn't help but feel that his choice today might come back and bite him in the ass in the future.
