"Have you packed everything you need?" Mom Estella asked.

"Yes, Mom. It's all packed. I even triple-checked it. Nothing to worry about," I replied with a big smile.

"Don't smile like that, you look so pretty," she said, and we laughed.

They met at my dad's new job, where they were colleagues.

"No," I said and started eating again.

"That's why Sting's girlfriends here are insecure about you. You eat a lot, but you're still so slim," Mom Ella said.

"Of course, you take good care of me," I said, and we all laughed.

After we finished eating, I volunteered to wash the dishes so Mom and Dad could rest. Today was their last day at work, they resigned already. In Japan, our plan is to start a restaurant business for our parents because they're already starting it, and I worked here for a year to save up.

So that's what they'll be busy with when they return to Japan, to avoid getting bored. My brother's wedding is this year, but not next month. There are still many things to prepare, but he just wants us to come home to support him and Yukino in their planning.

After washing the dishes, I went up to my room to rest because I have an early flight tomorrow.
