"Are you sure you'll be able to protect her? You know how dangerous and ruthless this world is!" Y/n's dad asked in hesitation to the couple sitting across the mahogany table.
"Don't worry, with your men joining ours and with the weapons from you, my son will become the dangerous and hopefully the most feared mafia. One can't even think of harming her". Taemin assured him.
The two couples sitting across each other separated by a mahogany table. Looking time to time at each other for assurance. The tension in the atmosphere was increasing by each passing second. And the pitch black room and the quietness in the room not helping it either.
Your father looked at the agreement paper placed in front of him, tapping the pen against the table in nervousness.
Contemplating on whether he should sign it or not.
"So... my daughter will marry your son as soon as she turns 18 in return of your protection. And you want my men now?" your dad asked Taemin again.
"Yes, you don't have to worry about anything. We'll take good care of her" assured Yuna to the pair sitting in front of her.
In the midst of this, Taemin was desperately waiting for your father to sign that goddamn paper. He looked at him with narrowed eyes tapping his foot on the floor impatiently.
Your father glanced at his wife reluctantly. Your mother nodded and squeezed his hand softly in assurance.
Your father grasped the pen tightly before carefully signing his name on the paper. Taemin took the paper from his grasp as soon as he signed it, before your father might change his opinion.
"That's it then. We are happy to make this deal with you!" he smiled at your father. His smile was rather mischievous. His unknown excitement can be seen all over his face. But, we don't know why?
"Great! We"ll see other in years time then" a smirk formed on his face as he shook your father's hand firmly.
