Tawakkul is placing trust in Allah. It means surrendering yourself, your fears, your pain, your decisions, and everything related to you to Allah.
Whatever is troubling you, causing you distress, remember that the thing that has the most control over it is not you but Allah. Until you have faith that Allah knows every aspect of you, rely on what He desires for
you.
The solution to all your difficulties can only be found through His remembrance. By entrusting your fear, pain, and distress to Him, remind yourself that there is no power greater than
Allah.
He is the one who is the Owner of all worlds, the Controller of all creation. He is the one who delivers from oppressors, and indeed there is no God but
ALLAH
