It nearly has been 10 months after the mates first meeting and conversation, they did see each other not so often for first 4 months as alpha gave space for his mate but  started gifting his mate and taking her out for dates . At first the omega was hesitant about accepting gifts and going for dates but after a hour lecture from her brother and her friends, so many thinking; she decided to let certain alpha to court her , she was not sure whether it was correct thing to do but she choose to do what her heart tells this time and let time decide her fate .

Y/n and jungkook graduated from high school and started their university, currently they are half way in their course .

Y/n pov:

It has been more than a year, my life took a drastic u- turn . Its has been 10 months since the first encounter with taehyung and at first I was hesitant to even talk with him but as time passed, I accepted the changes and started to flow with life . Honestly saying past 6 months , when taehyung started to court me and take me on dates were best days of my life . He has been nothing but gentleman whole time, giving me space and time, importantly, never crossed the line.

Many times, I noticed him holding back but I didn't address that matter before but as time passed I wanted him to cross the line and not being edgy around me . I am fully ready to accept him as my mate but decided to wait for taking further steps until my  final university years and surprise him by my decision , the person who know about my desicion is jimin and hyujin unnie and both supported my decision.

Back to present :

After a long, tired day from university, honestly university is tiring but enjoyable at same time ; i got in he couse i really wanted to do from my child hood which is fashion designing . Hyujin unnie , aurora unnie graduated year before us and joined couse of their wish  and kook choose music and dance  course , we all joined same university ; though we get busy with our own thing ,we do meet up at our free times ; i also got new friend from my department.

I am getting ready for small gathering with all hyungs and unnie's . It has been long time since we all gathered and had barbecue, I really love when all of gathered have have bbq party , in a lovely weather with all music and dancing and perfect ending with movie marathon till early morning.

This is what I yearned all these years, good circle of friends, lovely hyung and amazing mate and pursuing career of my own. Thinking of mate makes me warm inside , taehyung has been lovely, amazing partner; I really love him bit haven't said that yet as his birthday is in one week and I want to surprise him that day by confessing my love for him and  we could take further steps of marking and mating in last years of my university.

I dressed in a dark floral shirt and black baggy jeans, I love baggy clothes and not yet have gathered confidence to wear short sleeve or sleeve less dresses and shirts but I will one day I'm sure of it . As I reached down stairs, was greeted by taehyung who looked so cute waiting for me but dressed completely opposite - a black turtule neck tuked in black trousers looking like full meal, as soon as he saw me came to give me a forehead kiss as he does everytime he sees me . They are my favourite gesture he does , it makes my body tingle and butterfly swarms on stomach ; sparks fly when we touch is an another story .

I along with my mate reached backward where everyone seated and catching up with each others life , I greeted everybody , hyujin unnie and jungkook beings extra fell on me for a hug as if we didn't see each other 5 hours ago  . Aurora unnie couldn't join us as she is having fever, as I took seat beside taehyung, he pulled me in his arms making everyone cooed at us , I blushed and lightly slapped his arms in embarrassment to which he laughed showing his beautiful boxy smile;I love his smile , it makes me melt into puddle inside .

We all sat with our mates, namjin couple , sooe couple , jimin and hyujin unnie , me and tae and finally kook alone sat surrounding the bonfire.  kook complained him being single , we all teased him and enjoyed our night. Now looking at the people I have come to form a family boing with , I realised how much time passes and how matured we have become; it is scary how fast time runs but I enjoyed each and every moment of it to fullest.

It was 10 pm , we all decided to have harry potter marathon. That is when jimin called me  to kitchen ,

"Y/n, come here" jimin shouted from kitchen.

"Coming" I said, as I went to find him searching for something in fridge.

"What?" I asked,  "where is the soda bottles?" he asked, still searching.

"It was over 2 day ago remember"  I said,

"we dont have drinks now" he grumbled, in annoyance.

"It's okay I'll go get it" I said.

"No no, you are not going anywhere, i will go" he said closing the fridge.

"No jimin, I wanna go , I'm not baby i will go safely and come back, please! "I said. 

"No yn, it's not safe; it's 10" he glared.

"Please please ,the store is near ;plus I want to brethe fresh air " I begged.

"No yn" he said strictly.

"Pretty please, you are the best brother, please" I begged.

" okay, but u hve to come within 15 minutes" he said finally convinced.
 
Now I have to convinced one more person that being my mate , I reached living room found taehyung ready with blanket and snack for us , I reached him

"Tae, I am going to store really quick for buying drinks" I said.

"Okay , I'll also come with u, wait! I'll take my jacket"  he said getting up.

"No no no" I shaked my head , "I am going alone, I'll come back in 15 minutes " I said.

"No you are not going alone, I'm coming with you " He glared.

"Please, I want some fresh air and i will be  back within 15 minutes ,  you are my handsome right, please tae I pleaded

he signed and said "okay but if you are not  back within 15 minutes I'll come in search of you okay? "

"Perfect!" I said , wearing my jacket and I still could see tae's worried eyes on me. I went to him and kissed his forehead assuring that I'll be back safe and went out .

The convinence store is only 7 minutes away, the walk was calm and peaceful just as I wanted , I bought soda and started my way back home . As I was 3 minutes away from home , I felt someone following me but turned to see no one , with weird feeling I started to walk faster ; I could just call tae but stupid me left my phone in dining table, I hate situation like this, stupidly leaving my phone. 

When I was about to reach my complex , I felt someone seizing me and last thing I saw was the face of someone whom I thought would never see again .

Taehyung pov:

I felt rest less since she left , she is one hell stubborn person and I can't win over her any time . Our relationship has been progressing slowly over months , though we are not really like other couples but we are some where getting there. I really want to claim her but she is not ready yet , I decided to wait untill she finishes her course;I am so proud of her for staying strong and doing what she loves , I couldn't have ask for better mate than her , she is everything I need and it is correct time to say that I deeply love her and will do forever.

It has been more than 20 minutes, I kept looking at entrance, no sign of y/n; I know she is not child, i wanted to go with her but didnt as she wanted space, she is more than capable of taking care of herself but I am worried . Just when I was about to go back in, my wolf alarmed me that our mate is in danger, without a thought I sprinted out leaving other in panick and confusion.
