Paris's Pov:

The sense of urgency in Leo's voice was the only reason I had left immediately and as quickly as i did. 

Cali had urged me to leave too. She hadn't even heard Leo's voice but she could see from the look on my face just how worried I was about him. 

Never in my life had I heard Leo beg. 

I didn't know the full story but hearing my little brother beg me to help him as I heard his voice breaking. 

That was something i'd never be able to forget, I mean I was still rattled about it. I just hoped that however he was, he was still doing alright. 

I didn't realise just how much he loved Aria. Not until this phone call at least. 

I cast a glance at Cali sleeping on my shoulder and shuddered at the thought of Cali being in critical danger. 

But then she shifted a little and a smile tugged at my lips as she fluttered her brown eyes open. Her fiery hair all a beautiful mess. 

She looked so gorgeous. So beautiful. So perfectly mine. 

"Have we reached yet?" She yawned 

I reached out my hand to move some of her hair out of her face, she nuzzled into my hand as I did smiling more brighter as I let out a little laugh at her antics. 

"No, my love,  We have at least 4 more hours." I sighed. 

She let out a little grumble. She really didn't like plane journeys. 

I raised an eyebrow "I told you not to come." 

She huffed then, the freckles on her cheek more evident in the low plane lights. 

"If i had stayed at home then you would have spent at least 5 hours on the phone to me, wishing I had come with you. So I decided it would be better to just tag along." She reasoned. 

I nodded. She wasn't wrong. It would have been exactly as she had said. 

"And plus." She carried on, "I am worried about Aria." 

My face visibly twitched at the sound of that annoying woman's name. She always seemed to be getting herself in some kind of annoying problems. 

She was much too like Venus. Irrational, arrogant and an overall troublemaker. 

However, if she was anything like Venus it would then mean that she had a big heart. Venus, my twin sister, might have her faults, but when she trusted someone, she gave them her heart. 

So if Aria was anything like Venus, I knew that she would be able to love Leo with her whole heart and that was enough for me. 

"Do you think she's alright?" Cali wondered out loud. 

I stretched my arm out "From the sounds of it she got herself stabbed, and then fell unconscious and has been out for three days."   

Cali looked at me worriedly. "Will she be alright." 

I glanced at her. "Instead of worrying about other people, worry about yourself." 

At that she made a sound of annoyance. I only glared at her. An hour before we were set to leave Cali had another one of her migraines, that came from her tendencies to overwork herself. 

It also did corollate to her periods, but her lack of sleep and rather harsh work ethics made them drastically more painful. 

I had then of course insisted that she stay at home until she got better but all she had to say was 'please' and I gave up.
