Chapter 5

(That night, Hunter and Rosevelt tried to sneak out. They took bat forms to fly off the window, but they were caught by a hunchback man)

Hunchback: Kids? What are you doing? Go back to your rooms before master sees you!

Hunter: Um, we're just going outside to meet some friends.

Hunchback: During Halloween, oh no you're not! You have to stay inside where it's safe or normies will get you!

Rosevelt: We'll be careful.

Hunchback: I'm sorry, but I don't want us to get in trouble.

Hunter: Aww, please Reger, just tonight?

Reger: I don't know...

Rosevelt: Just don't tell dad please.

(They both make cute sad bat faces)

Reger: Come on. Not the sad bat faces.

(They keep staring at him with their sad faces)

Reger: Oh, alright. You can go and I won't tell your dad.

Rosevelt and Hunter: Thanks Reger.

(They both leave)

Hunter: Always works.

(Meanwhile, Nailah alongside Charley, Damian, a gorgon, a werecat girl, a minotaur, a red sea monster, an alien, a giant gorilla and a Godzilla like monster arrive at the ACME Factory)

Charley: We made it! We're outside the ACME Factory! Let's roll!

(Suddenly, he gets hit by a car, much to the shock of everyone. Luckily he quickly reattach himself)

Charley: I'm okay. I'm okay. Fit as a fiddle. I'm immortal remember?

(The monsters sighed in relief)

Charley: Alright, now let's roll! (Notices a graffiti of a skeleton on the doors) Fang on a second! Somebody beat us to it!

Damian: Oh come on!!!

Giant Gorilla: Hot dang! They sure did a great job!

Alien: That's better than we were gonna do!

(Suddenly, they're spotted by the monster hunters)

Long haired and bearded man: All right, monsters, freeze! Stay right where you are.

Nailah: They think we did this?!

Werecat girl: What do we do?

Charley: I got an idea. Run!

(They all started running)

Long haired and bearded man: Hey! Come back here!

(They started running after them as the monster group kids watched hidden)

Liv: Oh, no! I knew something like this was going to happen. Oh, dad what have you done?

Rosevelt: We better see if we can help them.

(They leave)

Long haired and bearded man: All right, scour this place until you find 'em! I want no stone unturned! (The fat man looked under a stone) Not literally!

Edgy woman: Now go get those monsters!

Black woman: We're gonna kick some monster bud!

(They started searching for them but luckily the monsters were hidden and they managed to get away. Nailah tried to keep up with them when she was stopped by the monster group)
