Chapter 2: the dress

Monday morning

9:50 am

At this point, I know im busted. I got out of bed and took a shower and got ready. I ran downstairs and rushed to the door. Aight ma, kakak pergi dulu! (Im going now) I left the house in a rush.

Chellam (Che-che)'s pov:
Where is this kid, i thought to myself while crossing my arm "Im giving her 15 more mins, if shes not here by then, im gonna start off without her. " I spoke out. Everyone nodded.
"It has been 10 mins, no sign of a short dora running" said suho, while bouncing on a crocodile see-saw. He is so cute, and annoying at the same time. I mean, its not that I like him like that, Yatra will always be the one *hehe*

Soo-hee's pov
I WAS CLOSE, I ran as fast as I could and WOOOOO FINALLY HERE.
"HEY GUYS" I dropped to my knees and pant for a while, " Uhh why are you giys looking at me weird?" Everyone burst out laughing
"BROO, YOU SERIOUSLY BRING YOUR miRacUlOus LadY bUg TOWEL TO THE MEETUP" Che-che pointed at my head while the other hand clenching onto her stomach due to the shortness of breath from laughing so hard.

I was embarrassed.

"AYE SUHO!" A loud voice echoed in the back. While turning my head with the towel still on-top of me, my jaw dropped to the ground, it was Choi from a distance. He jogged to our direction, he looked down at me "LOL how was the shower" he said LAUGHING HIS ASS OFF
"It was good" I took down the towel off my head looking like a fresh red tomato.
"What brings you here?" I asked
"I was just doing my morning jogging routine haha, then I saw Suho from afar so I came lol."

After some times of chatting about what che-che was going to wear, my stomach rumbled in between of conversations. A lil embarras but I guess its a payback for coming to the meet up late. "Ughh, should i wear someting formal? Or someting revealing?" Che che whined
"Girll, if you wanna get beat up by your parents by wearing those guy hooking clothes. *scoffs* good luck" Suho said while crossing his arms and rolling his eyes with a mad-ish expresssion. I could sense Suho's jelousy from afar, which makes me side eyed Che-che and smirking. Choi saw me, he giggled and nudged Suho while smirking and raising his eyebrows repeatedly. After that, there was a loud silence... Everyone was quiet except of the cricket in the background.
*stomach rumbles* "Oops sorry." I clenched my stomach and squatted down with my towel.
"You hungry? Lets stop at my place, i got som snacks stash" Che-che replied
"Yeah, that would be great" i replied
"Oooh yaa I would love some free snacks too!" Choi jumped in, rubbing his belly looking like a hungry cat that is desperate for food. Suho also nodded, agreeing to Choi's choices of words.
"Nuh-uh, only girls. Rules are rules" Che-Che stood up and waved her pointer finger.
The boys looked dissapoimted, the girls were laughing at them.
"Yanno what, me and Choi are going to get boba otw home. You're missing out MUAHAHHAAH!! BLEGHHHHHH!!!" Suho got up and started running away after he spoke. Everyones's head were facing his direction.
SUDDENLY, Choi walked up to me and he squatted right infront of my face leaving a 3 inch gap between our faces.
"Hey uh, I forgot to ask you on friday."
"Oh what is it that u wanted to ask me."
"I wanted to get your num-" he got cut off... he was dragged by SUHO because all this time he was running alone thinking that Choi was behind him. I laughed it off.

At Che-che's place

We were chilling in che-che's room, Che was ranting about Yatra for an hour straight " Guys what if he saw me and I was wearing something embarrassing"
The other girls were supporting her delulu-ness and saying that she'll look absolutely gorgeous on the day, and she did.
(Muffled yelling)
"YA MA?" Che-che yelled after opening the door.
"Come downstairs I got you something"

All of us rushed downstairs, seeing Che's mum holding the most gorgeous chudidar I've seen in my whole life. All of us was JAW DROPPED TO THE GROUND. Che'' ran downstairs and hugged her mom.
"THANK YOU AMMA!!"

Che'' walked out of her walk in closet
"So how is it guys?" She came out, looking like a cute, beautiful and outrageous looking person.
Me and the girls scream and we were interrupting each other about how Che'' looks like a goddess in the dress. It is official that she's going to go to the premier with the dress...
