Jace's P.O.V

Mine. My wolf whined inside my head.

My sister Amy was dragging my mate towards me. She looked absolutely shocked and embarassed when she was brought to a stand still infront of me. Only a few feet away. Within arms reach.

Touch her. Claim her. My wolf whined. But I had to resist.

"This is my twin, Jace." My sister Amelia piped in happily.

I couldn't stop looking at her. I could tell the other male students were staring at her. She's beautiful. And that absolutely pissed me off. They can't stare at her like that.

"Nice to meet you." My voice comes out as husky, afterall I had woke up later than usual. I was still partially asleep.

Her lips parted slightly as she went to speak, before she frowned momentarily. Quickly she drew her lips to a line and extended her hand.
Allowing her textbooks to fall from her arms and to the floor in a thud. Her face displayed a look of pure utter embarassement. It was adorable. I can't believe she's my mate. I thought to myself with a smile, leaning down and picking up her textbooks.

I looked at a few of the mateless males. 'She is my mate, and none of you bastards are to touch a single hair on her body otherwise I will personally have you killed.' I said through the pack mindlink, still offering a small smile towards my mate before allowing my eyes to settle on her. My expression calm, but my authority and edgyness radiated through the mindlink.

"Your name?" I questioned curiously.

"Uhm. Scarlet Oaks." She said, her voice almost inaudible, as she stared at her shoes.
"Oh! That's your name! Pretty name to suit a pretty girl!" Amy piped in.
"Now that we've got introductions out of the way let's get you dressed for sport." She smiled and grabbed Scarlet's arm, reaching and snatching Scarlet's textbooks from my grasp.

Amy dragged my mate away, turning her head and flashing me a cheeky smile before pulling more enthuiastically at my mate's arm.

'Remember you horny bastards you're looking at my MATE and my sister. Do not dare think of them or touch them in anyway whatsoever.' I growled through mindlink, making it clear as the future Alpha of the pack that Scarlet was mine, and Amy was my sister. And they weren't to be treated like objects.

I ran my hands through my hair to destress. Today would have to be the best day of my life. But I have to watch my mate, to make sure that the mateless males weren't harrassing her. I hope i'm in her classes.
