"HELLO?" mika said, waiting for a response.
"hey mika, you good?" alex asked, not being able to hide his worry.
mika chuckled, "yes, why wouldn't i be?"
"i don't know, i mean your all alone in your apartment. i don't want something happening to you" alex said.
"aw your so cute" mika laughed, her cheeks warming up.
"oh shut up, next time i won't check up on you" alex sarcastically said.
mika stopped laughing, "no, no im sorry. its just really sweet of you to call and check up on me"
"i know right, i'm such a nice person"
"nevermind i take it back"
"no, no, baby i was just joking" alex said, a light chuckle escaping his lips.
"yeah, yeah, whatever" mika said, trying to ignore the fact that he called her 'baby'.
"so has my lil baby kicked or anything?" alex asked.
"well i found out i was pregnant a couple days ago, so i'm pretty sure its not even in the shape of a baby yet" mika joked.
"well from what i know it takes about 3 months for the baby to fully form" alex stated.
"wait, wait, wait" mika started, a little taken back by what he just told her. "did i just hear you say something smart?"
"i'm more than good looks y'know. plus, i'm about to be a father, im not gonna go into parenthood without knowing shit" alex said.
mika smiled, "i never thought i would become a mother at this age, but at least i know that my baby is gonna have a good father"
alex stayed quiet, not being able to hide his happiness.
"anyway, i should go. my foods gonna be here any moment and even though i'm having your baby, i don't want you to hear me eating food" mika laughed.
"alright ma, get some sleep. i'll call you in the morning" alex said, slightly sad that he had to say goodbye.
"bye handsome, i'll be looking forward to you calling me tomorrow"
