"Now what?" Pearl asked, I looked at her, "the mountain is too steep to climb bare footed, none of us can fly and mine and Shade's psychic powers can't carry everyone the whole way!" She gazed at the top of the mountain as she spoke, the top of the mountain had a cape of clouds covering the peak. "It will be a bit cold but..." i stammered, "I can use my ice powers to create a pathway," I follow Pearl's gaze and looked at the peak. My ice powers might tire, but it's a risk I'm willing to take. I take a deep intake of breath and charge my energy, I focus on lowering my body temperature until I felt a big mass of energy in my throat. I waited for the mass of energy was too hard to contain, then I released it. I had used ice beam. An ice pathway had been created. It went from my feet all the way to the peak of the mountain. I then used powder snow to make the path more grippy. "Great job Snow!" Thunderstorm cried while putting his arm around my neck, it was a nice feeling. I snuggled up to him for a second for warmth-and a different, secret meaning- "let's get going then!" Thunder said as he unraveled his arm from my neck.

(One hour later)

"Huff huff" Fluffy gasped we were only half way up and dawn was already breaking, would we make it? Yes- yes we would. I looked at the others, their heads were drooped and they were all tired. It was now or never. I stood still and focused my energy back into an ice beam, I created a flat platform for my creation. I climbed up, the others looking at me confused. I used ice beam again to create a shopping trolly looking thing. "Hop in," I told my friends. They all climbed in unsure of what I was about to do. I then jumped in after them at the back and used a more powerful ice beam to propel us, I was weakening but it will get us there faster and my friends need a rest.

Air whipped past as the cart, at 50mph, zoomed across the ice pathway. I could see the ending, not far now...

"Phew!" Pearl gasped, "we're finally here!" Flare shivered,
"S-so c-cold" he stuttered, We all got out the cart and turned around to face the cave entrance. "Uh-oh..." flare's eyes said it all as we all looked at the cave's mouth. A group of eevee's were awaiting us "Fluffy- it's good to see you again, now we can finish unfinished business..." the eevee whom was obviously the leader said as he stepped closer, "be a good girl and come here," he said...

Hello note from the author here, I've started school again and homework is rough and I'm sorry for not posting more chapters of this 'till now. And I'm also sorry that it's short, it what I could do for now. I will upload again and I will finish this book but it may take a while, thank you for bearing with me.
