Ejhay leaned in, his voice a conspiratorial whisper. "Elric, I've been thinking. We've earned some coin now, and we've equipped ourselves quite well. What do you say we take the next step in securing our future?"

Elric, intrigued by the prospect, nodded. "What do you have in mind, Ejhay?"

"We should consider purchasing a small house here in the town," Ejhay suggested. "Having a home of our own will not only provide us with a sense of stability but also allow us to save money in the long run. It can serve as a base for our adventures."

Elric pondered this notion for a moment. The idea of a home was appealing. "You're right, Ejhay. Having a place to call our own would be a valuable investment."

With their plan in mind, the two friends decided to seek out a real estate agent in the town who could assist them in finding a suitable dwelling. After some discussion and viewing of available properties, they chose a quaint house on the outskirts of town. It was a modest but comfortable abode, complete with a small garden and a sturdy fence.

Ejhay and Elric signed the necessary documents and purchased the house, feeling a sense of accomplishment as they held the keys to their very own home. It was a symbol of their progress as adventurers.
