Feeling a whirlwind of emotions and keeping a straight face is a talent for real that I've been pursuing for almost half an hour, sitting here in the class, on the first bench and maintaining eye contact with the professor throughout.
It wasn't easy lying to Mrs Kang about the reason for missing the last 3 classes when I just came back after 5 days of skipping school. Man~ I wonder when did Ibecome such a good liar.
Jungkook looks at me when Mrs. Kang asks him about his whereabouts and flashbacks of the past hour and the reason for my lying to the professor, cross my mind. I can feel the blush rising in my cheeks as my face heats up.
"I hurt myself while playing. Had to visit the nurse to look at my leg. It took a bit longer than expected", is what he said. I'm barely able to hide my smile. Yeah. Hurt his leg. Had to go to the nurse. Of course~

I guess it's true that a change of look can boost your self-confidence. Gotta thank Jimin for making me do that. I've got to tell him everything that happened today. Oh, how much I missed our juicy gossip time!
After the classes were over, I ran straight to find Jimin. As expected, he was in his dorm room, studying like a nerdy bird. "Hello, Mr. Bookworm."
He turns around to look at me through his glasses, with a raised eyebrow. "Look who's talking. You were an even greater geek right before I gave you that change of appearance"
"Yeah, I'm just kidding! You know I owe it all to you." I wink at him.
He winks back at me. "Anyway, how'd it go with that bully? You bullied him or got bullied again?" I'm silent for a moment. "Wait. What's with that blush in your face? WHAT HAPPENED TAE? TELL ME!"
It's best when your friends listen to everything you say with utter focus and respond with the most dramatic expressions any person could have on the face of the earth.
Jimin listens to me in disbelief as I spill the tea slowly and in detail in front of him. "OH MY GAWDD~ This is even better than the most popular high school dramas. What a plot! Such great characters! What a love story!"
