My Twin (Hayes Grier)

Chapter 8

Hayes' P.O.V

Tomorrow we leave for Magcon NYC. Well, everyone except for Arielle. Mom decided she should stay for school because she's not really a part of Magcon she can just come as a guest when she wants. To be honest I don't want to leave her here in NC. I've never really been away from her for more than a day. She's like my best friend besides the guys. Everybody else basically tries to be my friend for fame. It's annoying.

I looked over at my alarm clock and the time says 7:00 AM. Why am I up?! It's way too early! I closed my eyes trying to fall back asleep. After about 20 minutes, I realized I'm not falling back asleep. I got up and walked toward Ari's bed. She's not there. I walked downstairs to see her sitting on the couch watching SpongeBob.

"Ari why are you awake so early?" I whispered

"I can't sleep" she said upsetly.

"What's wrong?" I asked while sitting next to her.

"Hayes....how long are you going to be gone.?" she looked me in the eyes.

"A week at least" I said looking back at her.

She turned her head away from me and dug her head in her knees. I heard sniffling.

"Ari....look at me" I said as I put my hand on her shoulder. She shook her head no. I wrapped my arms around her and brought her into a comforting hug. I felt my shoulder begin to get wet. She's crying.

"Listen...I know I'm going to be gone long and trust me I'd do anything to take you with me. I'd sneak you with us if mom wouldn't notice, but that's impossible. I know you have to do school, but just remember that Ellie is there too. Shes you're other best friend. Go to her or mom if I don't answer my phone. I promise I'll FaceTime you everyday. Ok?" I said to her.

She lifted her head and layed it on my shoulder.

"Yeah I know. And I'm sorry I overreacted. I'm just gonna miss you. Pinky promise me you'll FaceTime me.?" she looked up at me. I pinky promised her.

"What do you want to do today?" I asked.

"To be honest, nothing at all" she chuckled.

"Movie day?" I laughed

"Yes" she smiled.

While Ari picked out movies, I went and started making popcorn and getting drinks for us.
Arielle's P.O.V

I started picking out movies. I chose: Grown Ups, Titanic, Finding Nemo, 50 First Dates, Never Say Never(Justin Bieber), and Starstruck. (the movie on Disney with Sterling Night in it).

Hayes came back with the Popcorn and drinks. he decided on '50 First Dates' first.

*skip to time Hayes and Nash leave*

Hayes' P.O.V

"Well I got to go" I said standing at the door.

Ari looked at me with tears on her eyes. I opened my arms motioning for her to hug me. She wrapped her arms around me and I hugged her tightly. She leg go and slightly smiled and me and said

"Have fun Hayesy"

I smiled and said "I will! Don't forget to text me Ari"

She nodded and I left with Nash.

We walked out to the car with my mom because she's driving us to the airport.

When we arrived, Nash and I hugged our mom goodbye.

We walked into the airport and went through security and all that jazz. Once we got to our seats the plane took off. Shortly after I fell asleep.

A/N:

I know I know it's late but Thank you so much for so many reads! I'm gonna try to update sooner for now on.
I wonder what it would be like to be a twin. Or even having a brother or sister that travels a lot and are  never home. That would be hard. That's why in this story it's hard to for Arielle to not be with Hayes. Most twins are close, and to be away from one another must be hard.
