I heard the birds gently chirping outside, my alarm blaring in my ears. I slam the snooze button on my phone, attempting to go back to bed. But, my sleep was interrupted by my Mom. "Rae, let's go! Its 12;30!" She exclaims in an annoyed tone. I yawn, sitting up in my bed looking around my room, trying to wake up. I put my bare feet onto the cold hardwoods, causing me to jump at the feeling. I hated everything about life, I don't see the point in it. I stretch and make my way to my closet. I begin moving and shoving things out of the way trying to find my favorite pair of leggings. I finally found them, I smile gently, and grab a top out of my drawer. I place my outfit on the bed and begin changing.
After I finished getting dressed, do my makeup, do my hair, I walk out of my room softly trying not to make too much noise.
I crept down the stairs slowly and a whiff of pancakes pass through my nose.
My eyes widened, I hurried down the stairs, waltzing into the kitchen. My mom who was placing the plates down, smiles and states "Looks like someone's in a good mood!" I look at her and smile, I giggle slightly, "Nah, I am just super hungry!"
My mom laughs at my comment, pointing to the plate which has 2 pancakes on it. I grab my fork and begin eating my pancakes.
I finally finished eating, I grabbed my plate and placed it into the sink. I grabbed my Blazers putting them on. I grabbed my purse, waved bye to my mom and I left the house.
