We cut to the Grand Library where we see Hugo talking to Master Eon as Eon organizes some books on the shelf
Hugo: Are you sure they are ready Eon? I mean they are only young children
Master Eon: (Smiles) Sure they are, Hugo. They may be young but they have a lot of potential.
We then cut to blasts of fire being shot everywhere where clashes are happening in the Colosseum.
Master Eon: (Voiceover) The Academy has been their home since they were little. Though they are students, this initiation will truly test their might.
The fire dies down and we see two shadowy figures brawling with each other
Hugo: (Voiceover) What happens if they don't pass the initiation?
One of the shadowy figures fire-kicks the other figure, sending him into the air
Master Eon: (Voiceover) There won't fail, Hugo.
The other shadowy figure stops quickly and recovers as he floats in the air, he then sees several bullets being fired at him by the other shadowy figure and begins to dodge
Master Eon: (Voiceover) You've seen their commitment, their powers
The shadowy figure then breathes fire at the other shadowy figure, which he quickly stops firing and begins to run away to avoid the fire
Master Eon: (Voiceover) The mastery of their elements is astonishing
The shadowy figure then looks up to see the other one diving toward him. The shadowy figure then ignites his fist on fire as we see his E/C eyes.
He leaps at the other shadowy figure as the two prepare for a powerful blow
We then cut back to the Grand Library where we see Eon looking out at the window
Master Eon: I know one day they will become excellent Skylanders...
We then cut back to the Colosseum where we see a cracked wall as we see a purple dragon lying on the ground
???: Ugh...
He sits up straight up and it's revealed to be Spyro, but something is diffrent about him
