Earth's Salvation ( RWBY X male reader story)

{Behind The Pages, Chapter 1 - Back to Writing.}

The Author is seen relaxing in the comfort of his home, scrolling through the multiple channels on his TV with a smile. It was a Sunday morning and he planned to spend most of his time lying on his couch instead of doing anything productive like most of the time on any weekday.

Author: "Wait, what the fuck? Who's speaking?"  He looks up to the ceiling like a duffus, refusing to change his questionable posture. "I heard that!"

The Author turns off his television and gets up from his couch, still staring at the ceiling.

Author: "Author? What are you talk-" He paused, Finally putting the pieces together before his face turned from confusion to frustration. "It's about the book isn't it?"

You didn't forget now, did you?

Author: "Of course not!" He groaned, "How are you even alive right now? Wasn't I supposed to do the writing?"

Some questions are best left unanswered Author.

Author: "Fair point."

Now, are you going to finish what you started?

Author: "No." He says blankly.

You wouldn't want them to be upset now, would you?

Author: "What? My book isn't even that popular yet." 

I'm not talking about the readers, Author.

Author: "Then what are you ta-"

Ruby: "YOU!"

Author: "-Sweet crickets and gravy!"

Blow and behold,(and with the power of typing.) teams RWBY was suddenly standing right in front of the cowering Author, all four of them enraged. Ruby picks up the Author from the floor and shakes him violently.

Ruby: "When is Chapter 6 coming out!" She yelled between each shake.

Author: "Let go of me you cookie-loving reaper!"

Weiss: "Not until you tell us what we want!" Ruby stopped her shaking for Weiss to grab the Author by the collar of his shirt.

Author: "As if! I'll never talk!"  He fought the heirs' rather strong grip on him.

Blake: "Oh, we have ways to make you talk." Her voice was riddled with murderous intent and a bit of dominance.

Author: "I...Wow, coming from you ay Blake?" The panic in his eyes suddenly vanished as he stared at the confused faunus. "That sounded kinda kinky not gonna lie."

He-.... Dude, seriously? 

Blake: "W-what?" she grew a blush that was red as a tomato.

Author: "Hey, all I'm saying is that that line should have gone to Yang."

Yang: "I mean, I'm down to be your third whe-" ABAB SHUSH!

Author: "Hey, she said she would be down, so might as well get do-"

Weiss: "Enough of this!"

Ruby: "What do you mean by getting down? Like, break dancing or something?" Oh, the sweet mind of an innocent child.

Author: "Yes Ruby, that's definitely what I meant." He flashed a wink towards Blake and Yang, both adorning a small blush.

Yang: "T-That was meant to be a joke!"  Damn, kinda out of character-

(Y/n): "Ayo, did I miss anything?"

Author: "The hell, now what is he doing here?!"

Same case with team RWBY.

Author: "OK, OK! This is getting out of hand! None of you are supposed to even exist right now!"

(Y/n): "Well we ain't leaving until you tell us when the next chapter is coming up."

Team RWBY: "YEAH!"

YEAH!

Author: "You too?!"

What? I'm having fun!

Author: "Alright, fine! I give up! Do you want to know when the next chapter is coming up?

(Y/n)/RWBY: "YES!"

YES!

Author: "Book, give me the keyboard."

Hey, hope you enjoyed...Um, whatever this was.

And as for what I said about chapter 6 coming out. It isn't long from now, though it's still not finished.

65% is what I could estimate on the progress for chapter 6 with a total of 6000 words which surpasses chapter 4.

School was a pain, and I can't confidently say I have surpassed it yet. There is still that one last mile ahead.

So please, for those who are waiting for this book, I only ask is time. That is simply it.

So here, I plan for chapter 6 to be released in late October or early November. But that is still subject to change. Until then, thanks for coming. I doubt that this would be the end of it.
