Another year down and another sucky birthday for Izuku Midoriya has arrived. Just like the last ones, no guest would arrive at his party besides for Mitsuki and Katsuki. It seems like this could it for Izuku until a strange man would arrive and reve...
Birthdays are supposed to be special for every reason but the main one is because it is the day we are born. The day makes us feel unique and whether it's good or bad, they at least help us go throughout another new year. While it might be special for most people, everything hasn't gone well at all for one 14 year old boy celebrating his own.
This was Izuku Midoriya and what he is doing is just watching a video on the computer to distract himself. His mother, Inko could watch in heart break while his friend, Katsuki Bakugo, and his mother, Mitsuki were frustrated. Besides them, nobody else had shown up to celebrate Izuku's birthday due to his quirkless status and they hated it.
Izuku: Just like all of the other ones. Nobody would even want to see me.
Inko: Those idiots. Izuku may be quirkless but he is still family.
Katsuki: Of course. They had to be fucking assholes to ignore the nerd.
Mitsuki: For once, I have to say to you are right. Inko, I'm so sorry.
Hearing the apology, Inko couldn't help but feel upset at how nobody in her family had shown up for Izuku. She hoped that they would arrive especially after the patriarch, Hisashi Midoriya, died months after Izuku's 5th birthday. However, she was disappointed by the fact they didn't bother at all before she went to give her only son a sorrowful hug.
Inko: I'm sorry, Izuku. I tried to make it as best as I could but...
Izuku: No, it's okay, mom. I'm fine. It's just that I had expected that they would do this.
Mitsuki: There's no point to do so, Izuku. It only hurts more if you do.
Izuku: I know but it's fine, Auntie. You are still here and that's better than nobody. Even if they did show up, I would still be okay no matter what.
Katsuki: And if that doesn't work, fuck them. They're nothing but jackasses for ignoring you, nerd.
Izuku: *smiles* Thanks, Kacchan.
Although they were glad that Izuku was okay, the three still wished that more people had showed up. That was until they would hear a knock at the door as Izuku turned off the computer while Inko went to open the door. When she opened it, there was a tall man wearing a black suit and had dirty blonde hair as she wondered who he is.

???: Are you Inko Midoriya?
Inko: Umm, yes? And who are you?
???: Call me Renfield. Sorry for the late arrival but I must speak with you.
Inko: Oh, okay. Come in and make your self comfortable.
As the man now known as Renfield entered the house, Izuku was confused as to why he came and for what. Mitsuki and Katsuki wanted to know the same thing but thought that he was extremely sketchy based on his appearance. However, Renfield sat down on the couch as he pulled out some documents from his jacket as Inko asked a question.
