Ryujin were at the terrace sitting on the chair reading a book, Beomgyu were inside the church praying, Yeji and Felix were training harder than before. Soobin were just watching them from a distance, he was the one who's tough enough to take it. He saw how his fellow heroes take it harder and he can understand it.
He knew Felix doesn't really care for y/n but he was also surprised to see winter stay behind him, Beomgyu doesn't really take it hard but he can still feel sympathy for them, Yeji wasn't that tough... Even though she and winter doesn't get along well but Yeji is not the heartless one.
Ryujin on the other hand, her outside appearance might show her toughness but she was completely broken inside. Soobin walk towards her and he saw that the pages doesn't change and Ryujin were staring at the book with the same page for over hours, Soobin then places his palm above Ryujin shoulder gathering her attention.
"You have been staring at the same pages for over hours Ryujin" Soobin said
"Huh? I did?" Ryujin said
"Do you like y/n that much?" Soobin asked
"It's just.... I am not used to this.... It's my first time losing someone who's been with me..." Ryujin said
"I know, it's also same to me" Soobin said
"How can you take it so well?" Ryujin asked
"Because I need to. All of you might seem stronger than me but you are emotionally weak, in this world death is inevitable and you have to get used to it but never lose your heart... After all, heroes are not robots who doesn't have feelings" Soobin said
Ryujin smile softly "You are really fit to be a hero Huh?"
"No I am not plus I suggest Miss Wendy has it more harder than us" Soobin said
"Yeah.... Miss Wendy is so soft to her students especially y/n..." Ryujin said
"Yeah.... I heard that the king ordered the sorcerers to summon more heroes because the demons are getting stronger than before" Soobin said
"What?" Ryujin stood up
"The king said that losing the black priestess and absorber were a huge loss for us, we need more heroes" Soobin said
"I see..." Ryujin said
"I'll call Felix, Yeji and Beomgyu. We need to be present in that day, I'll explain to them" Soobin said
"Let me accompany you."
Frimora knocked on Wendy's bedroom door
"Wendy?" Frimora spoke
Wendy didn't answer
"May I come in?" Frimora asked
"Come in" Wendy spoke
Frimora went inside and saw Wendy sitting on chair writing on the paper and she was wearing the blue hairpin that you gave her. Frimora smiled and walk towards her
"He does have an eye for item Huh?" Frimora said
"Yeah..." Wendy said
"It suits you" Frimora said
"Yeah I can see it.... That young kid..." Wendy said
"Well... How are you feeling now?" Frimora asked
"Well...." Wendy said taking a pause
"I know it's hard.... Especially he is a lovely kid and Minjeong might act tough but you can see that he is her soft spot" Wendy said
"I know..." Wendy said
"Well I am also here to say that the king is summoning another heroes from another world" Frimora said
