Aizawa: the hero work studies are a more serious version of gut internship helping pro agencies on the streets as well as with investigations your teachers discussed this at the faculty meeting and we all agree
It's too soon they should really be cancelled

Aizawa: but some people think we won't be able to raise strong heroes with that protective outlook and with that in mind the compromise is to be selective about agencies so choose one with a proven track record otherwise you won't be taking part

Nagisa: about that he said they have so much going on that they really can't right now but I'm free to go and train there anytime
Izuku: and my reason is that since he's one of the phew heroes that worked directly under you then it's a perfect fit

I opposed work study at faculty meeting I think it's unnecessary for first years to start them so early
Reason 2 you need to work on your shoot style and Nagisa you need to work on perfecting your capture weapon and your new fighting style so master those before you start doing extra hero work

Nagisa: hell yeah I can't wait to meet the guy who trained you

Izuku: so your like guaranteed to be his sidekick when you graduate
Nagisa: would be pretty cool to have that all ready lined up for you

AM: let me get to the point do you think these two first years have what it takes to work alongside you at the agency
Mirio: oh now I get it, you want me too take these two too him for an introduction, I do always see him watching video clips of you in his spare time I'm sure he'd be real happy if you called him yourself
AM: I can't face him right now because he was dead right I ended up exactly where he warned me I'd be

Mirio: that's a difficult question Nagisa here is the first one that's been able to land a hit on me in a while so he's got training, skill and potential and Izuku was able to predict where I'd be
But why don't you two tell me what heroes you'd like to be
Nagisa: I can answer that I want to be a hero that can change this world into a more fair and just place and to do that I must become stronger and I don't care if that means becoming the number one hero i will change this world I don't need a number attached to my name to do it
Izuku: I want to be strong so I won't worry people and too always win and save everybody I want to become the greatest got it
Mirio: wow that was a lot there's no reason for me too say no though so yeah
