Lizzie's Pov.

"That was amazing!" I heard Meghan say also known at Strawburry17Plays on YouTube and Twitch.

We're just done doing a collaboration video and this is not actually the first time we did this because after I met Meghan a year ago we became really good friends. I actually met her because of Oli she also has the same subscriber amount as me though she's almost near 200k. I honestly love it when I do some collaboration with other content creators because not going to lie playing alone is kinda sad unlike playing with other players who love playing the same game as you.

"I know right? Want to do another collab?" I ask and chuckled.

"Oh, do I? You don't need to ask me for that! You know I'm always in." She said and we both laughed. "Oh! Also Lizzie? Have you received your Invitation?" She asked.

"Uhm, invitation? On What?" I asked but I have a feeling that I already knew what she was talking about.

"On the VidCon, duh! I already received mine yesterday, I'm so excited!" She said. I bite my lips once I heard what she said.

'I knew it but seriously what's with the VidCon?! Well, I mean I'm also going to feel happy if I received one but why tho? Why do they need to tell-- wait what are you talking about Lizzie?! They are your friends, of course they will tell you the good news!' I said to my mind and rolled my eyes.

"Lizzie?" I snapped back once I heard Meghan calling me.

"Oh! Uhmm, actually Oli got one the other day." I said and yes it's been two days since Oli told me about his invitation and I'm not going to lie even though I'm so happy for them I also envy them, like who wouldn't want to go there?

"Oh really?! Why didn't he tell me tho?" I heard her ask.

"Well, I don't know but, yeah, he also received one." I said.

"Oh! That man! I need to talk to him about that! Hmpt! Anyways how about you? Did you already receive yours?" She asked.

"Well.. I.. I actually didn't receive one." I said and awkwardly laughed.

"Omg that's great---! Wait, what? What do you mean you didn't receive one? Are you sure?" She ask.

"Yeah, I.. haven't receive one." I said and smiled a little bit even though she couldn't see it.

"What?! How?! But you're in 100k subscribers!" She said annoyingly and I laughed because of her reaction. "What's so funny?!" She asked.

"Well, you sounded like you're the one who didn't receive any invitation." I said while laughing.

"Oh! Shush it! Of course I will feel frustrated! You deserve it! Plus I really wanted to meet you." I heard her saying and I smiled because of how sweet she is.

"You don't have to, just have fun there plus Oli is with you! You guys should enjoy it! But, of course, you guys should tell me what you guys did after the VidCon, okay?" I said.

"Hmpt! No! I'm sure YouTube will also send you some invitation! Let's just wait." She said.

"Whatever you say Meghan"

After talking to Meghan we decided to end the call, so I turned off my computer and lay down on my bed.

Many years have passed since I started my YouTube channel and I can say that the years of efforts recording and editing are all worth it specially that I'm already getting paid on my videos.

I took a deep breath and closed my eyes.

'So what if I'm not going to be able to get to the VidCon? If I can just make my ShadowCadets happy by uploading videos, right?'

*Knock, knock*

I immediately stopped reading my book when I heard a knock on my door. I immediately stand up from laying on my bed and open the door of my room.

"Oh, hey Maddie what's up?" I asked once I saw Maddie in front of my door.

"Just wanted to ask if you want to go shopping? I need to buy some snacks in the grocery." She asked me and a big smile immediately formed on my lips when I heard what she said.

"Thank god you asked me, you don't know how bored I am since earlier." I said.

"I can tell, see you in a bit I need to prepare." She said before going back to her room so I immediately closed the door of my room to also prepare.

"Lizzie?" I immediately looked at Maddie when i heard her call my name. We're now in a restaurant eating our meal, after buying the stuff we need we immediately agree to eat something before going home.

"Yeah?" I ask.

"Have you been thinking about trying to stream?" She asked. I jokingly rolled my eyes on her.

"Maddie you've been asking me that the whole week, aren't you getting tired?" I said and smirked at her.

"I know! It's just I really wanna know if you're going to do it, streaming is fun why don't you try it?" She asked again.

"I will but--" Maddie cuts me off.

"But once I already have a good set up, I know." She said and frowned. I just smile at her and we continue eating.

I immediately put my stuff on top of my bed and sat on the single couch here in my bedroom.

'What a day.' I said to my mind and sigh before standing up and sitting on my chair in front of my computer and opened it.

I was about to click the YouTube icon to check my YouTube channel when I saw a red dot on my email.

'huh?'
