A short man, with parrot green suit,black and black shoe,long black hair flowing in the air,look around as he gripped the advance notice on his hands.
It's almost time,The Phantom theif that also nicknamed as the 'Miracle Maker' will show up eventually.
Dogusaburō Oniyama,age 42,been working in an organization of 'Anti-Phantom theif' for 20 years,His dream to catch the 'Miracle Maker' and hand cuff him with his own hand.
Oniyama looked at his wrist watch,it was 9:33, "2 more minutes..." He whispered to himself.he look around 1 more time,never letting his guard down,After all the years of chasing tons of Phantom theifs, he know that a Kaitou(Phantom theif) isn't an ordinary theif they always had a trick under their sleeve,but this 'Miracle Maker' is the Generation most number 1 who had an unexpected things that he can do,he can come like a smoke,and leave like a wind-
Oniyama thoughts were disturb by the sound of someone footsteps.
He turned around to find the owner of the museum walking towards him, Satoshi Hirota,A short messy dark brown hair, grey formal suit,a black tie, and dark black eyes with a serious expression. Rumors has it he always take things seriously when it come to his work.
Mr.Satoshi approach inspector Oniyama,
"So you're here Inspector,I heard a lots of rumors about you. I'm glad you're here" he said as he look at inspector Oniyama "I feel honored" inspector Oniyama said, lately he heard a new rumors that Mr.Satoshi that he been in a lot stress,So inspector Oniyama been advised to show some manners since they did not want to angered Mr.Satoshi
"Can tell me a little bit more about this 'Sapphire of Royalty'?" Oniyama asked, receiving a grinned from the Owner, "Of course,the Sapphire is one of ancient treasure of a Necklace with a Sapphire that coloured purple with shaped like a half heart as it's gem,This necklace was one of the rarest treasure owned by the very first Royal family in this island" he explain, Oniyama was impressed by explanation of the treasure.
Suddenly,a guard come running into the big room,and salute to inspector Oniyama, "Sir!" He said, "What is it?" Oniyama asked "It appear that Joker has arrived,but he was making a Ruckus outside!!!" "WHAT?!" Both Oniyama and Mr.Satoshi shouted in sync and Rush to the main entrance.
"JOKERRRR I'M SO ARRESTING YOU!!!" Inspector Oniyama yelled as he leave the main entrance to get outside,
To their suprise, they're only to find that there's nothing else except the Polices and guards standing with nothing like what the other officer said,no Joker,and nothing to fuss about.
"WHAT THE- Where's Joker?!"
Oniyama yell to One of the officer "Joker? There's no sign of him yet," said the officer "That's impossible!! Then why did that officer said-" Mr.Satoshi trailed off as he said that,oh no,that means- he look at inspector Oniyama,the inspector looks like they were thinking of same thing as him.

The officer who inform them was left In the room,after hearing the footsteps fade,he sigh,took off his cap,"Well that was easy," he whispered, suddenly his body began to inflate,broke apart with a "pop!" Revealing a Silver-haired boy with a stylish blue silk hat.He wore a tailored bright red suit and a yellow necktie,with a brilliant letter "J" the same color as his necktie shining on his chest. J-O-K-E-R the J of Joker.
