Beyond the lucky seven: 8th member of Enhypen

Debut.

As the movie was about to end, Aera felt a lot better. Since she just cried, she felt really sleepy and without realising, she slept during the movie. Jungwon noticed her sleeping besides him and asked the members to stop the movie. Since the movie set up was on a floor in the living room, they thought it would be uncomfortable for Aera to sleep there. With hesitation at first, the boys decided to take Aera to her room. Since she was closest with Ni-ki, he decided to carry her to her room. He shifted her to her bed and sighed looking at her weak and tired figure. And with that, he closed the door walking out of the room.

"She didn't wake up, did she?" heeseung asked curiously.

"Yeah, she looks so tired. She doesn't deserve all of this."

"Exactly, I don't know why people were bashing her? It's not her fault for being too talented to be in this group." Sunoo rolled his eyes at the thought of random bunch of people who have nothikh else to do other than hating idols online.

"Guys, i might have an idea." this time it was sunghoon who decided to break the ice.

[JAKE POV]
"Annyeonghaseyo, this is Enhypen." we said in unison.

I began reading the comments. Engenes mostly asked about how we feeling, and spamming the comment with random questions. We couldn't see any comment related to Aera and that made us very unhappy.

Heeseung hyung, the oldest started off saying, "Engene, you must have met our new member who's name is Aera Kim. The 8th member of our group. You guys must be as shocked as we were, when we got this news. Aera really deserves to be here or even better. She's such a good singer, dancer, & a great visual. Not only this, she's very talented."

"She takes care of us, she even cooks for everyone with me." jay smiled

Sunoo got excited & said, "She loves doing skincare with me and she does my hair."

"And noona matches clothes with me." ni-ki said cutely.

"She joins me for Tiramisu and enjoys it." sunghoon said clearly recalling the time they ate tiramisù together.

"She loves talking to me with her Australian accent." jake added, chuckling.

"She always compliments my fashion sense."  jay opens his mouth again.

"And talks about taekwondo with me as she loves sports."  junwgon told them, looking at me with his pretty eyes.

"It's just that we're the puzzle and she was the missing piece which we've just found. We admire her for her ability to make things work."
heeseung said while smiling, and then looks at the camera.

"I hope you guys will respect her, and admire her for her passion." said sunoo.

"She's not in a very good condition right now. The hateful comments were really offensive & hurtful. I hope you guys don't bring discrimination. Aera Kim is now a part of Enhypen. She will do better than anyone & i can guarantee that." sunghoon said seriously.

[3rd POV]
Days turned into night, and night into days. They started practicing for their debut.

Aera and the boys were determined to prove themselves as the best debut group in Kpop. The practice room buzzed with excitement as the members gathered, ready to practice. The choreographer & the dance leader who was jay at that time, took charge. "Alright, everyone, let's start with a run-through of the choreography."

Soon, they started their dance. Their choreographer, Nick, was impressed by the dedication each member showed. Jungwon, the group's dance prodigy, guided Aera through the intricate moves, helping her catch up with the rest of the team.

Meanwhile, Sunoo, Heeseung, and Jake practiced their vocal harmonies. Their voices blended smoothly, creating a captivating melody that sent shivers down everyone's spine. Ni-ki, with his deep voice, added a unique element to the group's sound.

Jake worked with Jay on their rap verses, perfecting the rhythm and flow. Aera watched in awe as they effortlessly switched between their roles as rappers and dancers, showcasing their versatility.

They were so close to their debut. Their first album song was titled 'Given-Taken' and was based on vampire concept. They were now getting ready for the music video. 4 makeup artists and 4 stylists were assigned to a pair of members. Sunghoon and Aera, Sunoo & Ni-ki, Jake and Jay, while Heeseung and Jungwon. Since Aera's hair were pretty long, the stylist decided to do her hair first. Since the theme of this music video was based on vampire, & dark concept, they thought it would be better not to style hair into curls or wavy. Her hair was styled into a high neat pony tail that matched the theme of their mv. They all were wearing the same white shirts and black pants for this part of the shoot. Soon, all the members got ready and headed towards the set.
They endured long hours under the harsh studio lights, moving through intricate sets and elaborate scenes. Director Kwon, known for his artistic vision, guided them through every frame with precision.

[THE MV RELEASE]
On the eve of the music video release, they felt a mixture of excitement and nerves. They had come a long way, and now it was time for the world to see the result of their hard work.

As they watched the finished music video, they couldn't help but feel a sense of accomplishment. It was a visual masterpiece that showcased their talent, dedication, and unity as a group. "Given-Taken" had become more than just a song; it was a symbol of their journey, their struggles, and their dreams.

As the mv was released, they could see the comments and views on their channel. The views were increasing crazily & there were new comments every second. They weren't any less excited.

"We did it, guys." Heeseung said while watching their debut mv. He was proud of himself, and the youngers.

"Aera, despite having a short time to practice, and to adjust to this new environment, you did great. We're so proud of you. & I'm sure the fans love you." Jay who was sitting besides her patted her head.

They all had worked really hard no doubt. But this was a challenge for Aera as she had not performed on the stage before unlike the boys who were able to perform on stage in I-land. The only thing Aera needed was the confidence in herself.

"Look, the comments."

Sunghoon said while looking at the tablet they were given to watch their music video.

"Aera unnie is so talented."

"Move boys, it's our turn." They laughed at the comments.

Aera could see so many positive comments of people supporting her, and the boys.

"Wahh Kim Sunoo, your expressions are fire."

"Heeseung is so cool."

"Jake's and Jay's part where they look at each other & sing intensely, is my favourite."

"Sunghoon's part where 'fate' magically is written on the wall, damn"

"Why is no one talking about Jungwon's eyes??"

"Ni-ki is the best dancer of the 4th gen."

"So proud to see the 8 of you debuting together."

They all got emotional, yet excited seeing the comments. It was overwhelming for them.
