I wanted to tell y'all this in case you saw the vid first and thinking I'm just copying it. I'm not, when I made this theory I was about..10? And I made a video about it.. so yeah.. I just looked up, when Rise of Skywalker came into the Movies I was eleven.
So I came up with this after I watched Rise of Skyguy.

So we all know Papa Palps, Right? Right. So in Revenge of the Siths Palps told Anakin about the tragedy of Darth Pleigus the wise (little question, is it wrote like that?). Y'all know what's it about. Anyway he said that he was able to influence the Midichlorians and that he could create life.
So in the phantom menace Shmi (Anis mom) told Qui-Gon that she never had Boom Shakalaka, and just got pregnant Whitout help. She did the Hera move.
So I was thinking that Palpatine just made her ✨force✨ pregnant, since he was Darth Pleigus student (can you say it like that?) so he knows everything.
Also that would mean that Palpatine is Anakins Dad, which would mean that, since Luke and Leia are Anis kids, Rey is Bens (Kylo Ren) Great Cousin.
