twenty one — reality.

devin and alex were both invited to chases party. well actually, they both always are, but devin is usually busy.

alexandra is not happy about this, at all. she wanted to go hang out with vinnie, but now that devin is here she doesn't even want to be seen with vinnie.

also, if devin finds out vinnie is there he's gonna go talk to him, and that's the opposite of what alex wants.

devin knew alex was upset because of this reason, well he didn't know, but he was skeptical. other times she wouldn't care as much if he came or not, and that's how he figured it out.

as they pulled into the driveway, alex saw vinnies car parked there, meaning he was there already. she began to get a nervous feeling in her stomach as the two walked up to the door.

she didn't know why she was nervous, she was just nervous. it happens to her a lot, but she doesn't even know why.

they came 30 minutes after they were supposed to be there, that being alexs fault because she couldn't decide on what to wear.

as they got out of the car and walked to the door, they could hear the music from outside. it was so loud.

they opened the front door and let themselves in, seeing so many people inside. right as they entered, devin already spotted someone he knew and went and jumped on them, leaving alex alone. she went to find vinnie before devin could.

she went outside where their group usually hangs out, finding all of them by the couches.

"about time!" chase exclaimed as alex walked in.
everyone started getting up and greeting her, and helping her get settled in with them.

"where's your brother?" baron asked alexandra.
"oh- he's inside." she told him and he nodded before going inside.

jordan and vinnie both looked at each other knowing they were thinking the same thing.  vinnie was scared of devin. he never met him, but he was scared to. he heard that devin is a really tough guy and it was tough to get on his good side.

"guess todays the day vinnie," jordan joked in a whisper as he looked at vinnie who was next to him.
vinnie looked at him and shook his head. "im scared." he mouthed making jordan smile.

"YOOOO!!" devin exclaimed as him and baron both came outside. alex froze and vinnie began to get scared. serena looked at both alex and vinnie and tried to hold in her laugh.

devin dapped up jordan and then looked at vinnie. "devin." he greeted vinnie with a mischievous smile on his face.
"vinnie." he told devin as they dapped each other up.

as this happened, alexandra winced and hid her head in serena's shoulder. serena pinched her arm.

"have you guys ever met before?" jordan wondered.
devin and vinnie looked at eachother.
"nope," devin shook his head as he scanned vinnies face, "i'm alex's brother." he told vinnie, vinnie nodded.

"devinnnnn," chase greeted devin as he went and dapped him up as well. "oh good, you guys met." he said and devin nodded.

they could all feel the tension in between devin and vinnie, that's why chase stepped in, trying to make things less awkward.

"you guys should get to know each other," chase suggested, "you guys are the only ones who've never met." he added.
"i agree." jordan nodded as he looked at vinnie.
"ya." devin agreed.
