Misunderstanding

Chapter 7

Shraddha's POV

I randomly woke up at midnight because i was feeling very sweaty and it was very warm inside the room i couldn't even sleep properly so i went to the window and opened it the wind hit my face and my hair started flying back and the moon light was hitting my face it felt nice

I went towards the bed and took my blanket and folded it and then put it on the side of the bed and went to my side and laid down this time it felt more nicer i looked at Kartik and he was sleeping so peacefully I don't know why he is doing all this to me i even explained but he never cared and how can he think i married him because of money and ewwwww how can he think i married him because of lust im not that type of girl im not a disgusting girl, i think i should just sleep I don't want to waste my time thinking about all this

Kartik's POV

I woke up at 3AM because it was so cold i looked up and saw the window open i went towards it and closed it and opened just a little bit but the moonlight could still hit my face i looked at the moon and it looked beautiful and a unknown but small smile came on my face

But then my slime dropped because i was still sleepy i went back to the bed and laid down i put my blanket on but felt like my foot accidently dropped something down i looked at Shraddha's side of bed and saw her shivering and then saw that she didn't have a blanket on top of herself and that her blanket fell down im too lazy to get up and get that blanket so i decided to just put my blanket on her afterall i don't think sharing a blanket is a big deal so why not.

I was about to put the blanket on her but she quickly hugged me while sleeping i flinched but didn't know what to do if i wake her up she'll think something else before i could do something she started cuddling so i let her be and laid back down her head was on my chest and her hand on my waist she slowly was moving down and she could have fell down so i quickly grabbed her waist softly so she doesn't wake up but now she was literally on top of me i put my head a little up and got the blanket and put it on top of us and i put my hand on her waist so she doesn't move again and fall and we both fell at sleep

Morning~
Shraddha's POV

I woke up and felt someone's hand on my waist i quickly looked and then i noticed that i was ontop of Kartik i felt scared i looked at the window and it was more then half closed i was confused "Don't worry i didn't do anything" Kartik said and i quickly looked at him "I didn't do anything but you did" he said "what... What di..d i d..do" i said "you opened that window and even removed your blanket that is now on the floor and then throught nothing will happen i felt cold so i woke up and closed it but then saw you shivering and TO SAVE MYSELF i was about to put my blanket on you and you randomly hugged me and then you were about to fall from bed and i saved YOU but you were on top of me but i let you be you know why because afterall i didn't want to listen to your voice at
nightime you'll ruin my sleep so i didnt wake you up and now i said everything so just shut your mouth and don't talk to me" he said and got up and went to the bathroom i was stunned after some time Kartik came out

Kartik's POV

i looked at Shraddha that was looking at me so i rolled my eyes she quickly started looking down she got up to go to the bathroom but before she could go someone knocked the door
I opened the door and saw Varun there shraddha again was heading to the bathroom "wait! Shraddha bhabhi" he said and shraddha looked at him ugh why does he need to call her bhabhi like why?? "Alia said that some Sharma aunty is coming and she also said you don't really like her but sadly she is coming but who cares she wont kill you right or she would?" Varun said and chuckled i looked at Shraddha who now looked upset but then Varun left i quickly locked the door and Grabbed Shraddha's waist and that made her flinch and then i pulled her towards me i slowly went to her lips and that made her feel anxious i could feel it from her face but then i turned my face to her ear and whispered "Hii wifey" just 2 small words made her feel shivers all over her body l moved my face from her ear "We have to act like couple Infront of everyone just like this ok?" I said softly with a smile on my face but she didn't reply "ok!?" I yelled a little "o..ok" she said and i smirked and let her go and she quickly went to the bathroom
