Lisa's POV
Darby asked me to stay backstage but screw that, I'm going to go check on him. I find myself rushing out to the ring with several other wrestlers. I slide into the ring and bush my fingertips across his cheek. "Darby, can you hear me?" When the camera turns away from us, he bushes his fingertips across my cheek, brushing away a stray tear that escaped my eyes. "Don't cry sweetheart" I place his arm over my shoulders and help him to the back, when we get to the trainer's room, I help Darby to a chair. After he sits down, I find a nearby chair and sit down. Only minutes later, Abby walks in. "Good lord. What happened this time?" She says gesturing to the cut across Darby's forehead.  "Luchasaurus happened," I say my worry turning to anger. Abby shakes her head with a sigh and walks to her cabinet to get bandages for Darby's head. As she walks back over to us, I scoot over slightly to ensure she has enough room to patch up Darby. After she patches up Darby and I'm sure he's okay, my worry is completely replaced with anger towards Luchasaurus and Christian. I pick a nearby steel chair "I'll be back" Darby places his hand on my shoulder, "Let it go, Lisa I'm fine." I look at him confused, "Let it go? Why?" He sighs at my fierce protectiveness "Because I can't have you getting hurt." annoyed as all get out, I sit down in a chair next to Darby. "Fine." I sit there for a moment before I start crying. Darby looks at me "What is it, honey?" "I was so worried about you," I say sniffling. He smiles and kisses my forehead "Don't cry, Honey I'm okay" I bury my head in his chest. Several hours later, we're at our hotel room and I'm falling asleep on Darby's chest "I love you" he says softly. "I love you too" I say sleepily.
