It was a peaceful day in the Empire Trianstha

The emperor although is feeling anxious as he's angry that his legal wife is on the death bed after his constant beating for a whole day

He wanted to have power,to be the king not only to his country but to the whole world

He wanted someone beside him who makes him happy and helps him conquer the world

So he feels the current wife,the empress should just die

Although they were married for political reasons

The empress loved the people and her two sons

Her own son and the concubine's son
She treated them equally

Unlike the emperor who doesn't like both of them since he fears that one of them or both of them would kill him someday and take away his throne and his crown

For he is a greedy person that knows no lengths

He knew when the empress dies,his son own son Nicholas von mirchanis would kill him and take the throne

And all the empress family members who are the council members would want him to step down and give his title to his son

The moment the empress dies,he decided to kill all her family members except for his son for he is a great warrior but he needed a plan for his son to not kill him

"Sir,the empress s-sh-she wants to see y-you"said the servant from the epress's palace

"Hah,that wretched woman wants to see me,what does she want?"the king said with venom

"P-Please, your majesty,the empress is really weak, p-please visit her for once"the poor servant although trembling from fear, said those words for the kind queen.Who wants to see her husband

The empress loved the king with her whole heart although she knew that their marriage is of political reasons

She loved him with her whole heart.

He made his intentions known on their weeding night itself "Your only job is to give me a heir 'A SON',that's it, nothing else, don't think about ruling the empire beside me"

That was the first thing he told her,after she gave birth to her son Nicholas,the king showed little affection to them

But after discovering that his son is much clever for someone who is five years,he knew that he will surely one day kill him and take his power away

So from then on he started physically abusing his son,the empress is just like any other mother wanted to save her son,so when the king as usual hitting him.

She drew her sword against him saying"You maybe a king but it doesn't take much effort for me to kill you and take your throne I don't care if you love me but raise your hand again on my child,i promise you,I will behead you"

By this the king is terrified that she would kill him,he never knew that she knew how to weild a sword

The empress knew how to weild a sword knew how to fight,her father taught her everything so that when she needs to fight she doesn't have to depend on others,he knew the palace is dangerous place and no body can be trusted

After that incident the king didn't even dare to lay a finger on his child but he's a cruel person,he is scheming as to how to make the empress surrender to him.And then it hit him,since the empress loved his son very dearly he wanted to use him against her so he started abusing him again
