Loving Her

Part Thirty

Liv's POV :

I have been awake for a few minutes, but i didn't want to get up. I just thought about her. She came back into my life at a very bad time. I can't believe she really wants me to be her friend again, i mean, what is she expecting from me ? I can't do that, I'm just too weak right now. I don't even know what to tell Rhea. Ruby thinks I'm strong enough for this, but she is not right. I'm not strong enough to tell my girlfriend about her. Or all the truths i have been hiding from her. I sighed and turned myself around in her arms, and i just looked at her. I wish i could tell you everything, i just wish i could, but i can't watch you leaving me. I kissed her forehead and went out of bed.

I took a shower, walking out, and she was sitting down on the bed, "You're awake, love." She smiled, and i nodded and looked through the closet, "How are you feeling ?" She hugged me from behind, and i placed my hand on hers, "Better." I said, and she placed a small kiss on my shoulder and left. Damn it, I'm acting so cold with her even though she doesn't deserve that. I took out some clothes and i took off my night clothes and Rhea came out, "We are hanging out with the rest of the girls, Bayley called." Rhea said and put her phone down on the bedside table, i changed my clothes and just nodded. "If you don't---" Rhea started, and i shook my head, "No, no, i want to." I managed to smile a bit, and she kissed my cheek.

We were sitting down in a restaurant. I was usually getting lost in my thoughts or daydreaming, i was laughing at something even though i didn't know what they were saying sometimes. I didn't want anyone to notice anything, especially Bayley. Rhea every once or now was making sure i was ok with a whisper or with secret eye contact. My phone vibrated in my handbag. I took out my phone, and Ruby was calling me, i immediately turned off and looked at Rhea, but she wasn't paying attention she was laughing with the girls, i got up, "I will be right back." I told them, and they nodded, Rhea gave me an 'You ok?' Look, and i nodded and smiled. I went to the bathroom and put my hands on the sink, i looked at myself in the mirror and shook my head. I turned on the water and washed my face with cold water. I dried my face, and i got another call, and it was her again, i picked up, "What do you want ?" I said and looked around, "Can we meet somewhere to talk ?" She said, and i chuckled, "Talk ? Are you crazy ? No, we are not talking. Bye." I was about to hang up, "NO, no, LIV, wait !" She raised her voice, and i waited for her to say something, "Just this time." She said, and i sighed, "Ok, fine !" I said and rubbed my forehead, "Ok, when ?" She sounds happy and excited, "Tonight, I'm sending you the location." I said, "Ok, bye." She said, and i hung up, i breathed out and put my phone in my pocket, "You ok, love ?" Rhea said, and i almost jumped, "Sorry, I didn't mean to do that." She apologized, and i nodded, "I'm ok, let's go." I took her hand and walked out.

Rhea's POV :

It's not even weird anymore to say she is strange. I don't know what is wrong with her ? I don't think i have done something wrong. I just want her to tell me what happened last night. That's all. We ate dinner, and we were in the park, "Liv ?" I stopped on my tracks and and she stopped too, looking through my eyes. "Are you ready to tell me ?" I softly said so she felt free. She sighed and stepped closer to me, looking up at me, "I am." She breathed out and looked around and back at me, "Mhm, tell me." I says and puts my hands in my pockets. "It was, Ruby." She said, licking her lips, and i was just shocked. I really didn't know how to react. She got her best friend back, and she didn't tell me. "Wow, i mean..." I breathed out and chuckled, she nodded, "I don't know how to feel. You should've told me it wasn't that big deal. It was totally fine that you got your best friend back." I smiled and pulled her into a long hug. She hugged me back, "So that was it ?" I pulled away, and she smiled and nodded, "Yep, that was all." She said, and i tried to kiss her, but she stopped me, "We're in public, pookie." She smiled, and i chuckled, "Find excuse, princess, but tonight there won't be any." I winked, and she laughed, "Yeah, i'm waiting to see what you are going to do." She says, hitting my chest. And i laughed,  "Anyway, i have a meeting with Ruby." She looked nervous and serious at the same time. Her expression can be changed so quickly. "Ok, do you want me to come with you ?" I asked, and she just nodded, "Yeah, i want you to be there." She smiled, and i locked our hands and started walking.
