Dust and Horror were fighting for the keyhole until they saw boss moving towards their exact location. They felt their souls get cold as the door opened, showing them a wide evil grin on the black skull.
The skeletons screamed, subconsciously hugging each other, and teleported away.
- Do you know where could they teleport to? - Night turned back to Killer again, who was actually having a great time lying on the floor.
- Dunno, boss. Their rooms, the cellar, the kitchen...
- I don't need that anyway, just askin'. I always know where you are, at least when your negative emotions are very strong. I feel where they come from.
- S-so, this hide and seek game had no SANSe? - Killer got up on his elbow.
- To be fair, yes. I just wanted more of your negativity.
- How rude of you, boss!
- Well, I let you and Cross have chocolate once a week and after your missions. Why can't you indulge me with some delicious fear of yours?
- After what you've done to me, this story has no tension anymore.
- What story? - Nightmare, who was about to leave, raised an eyebrow.
- The story we're in right now.
- ...
- ...
- Stop spending too much time with Dust, he has a bad influence on you. I will not bear two hallucinating people here.
Killer laughed as he saw boss leave.
But Horror and Dust were not in the mood for having fun.
- DID YOU SEE THAT?! - shouted Dust after he closed the door and turned the key. The room they were in was a bedroom not actually belonging to anyone. You could say it was Error's, since he was the only member of the Bad Guys who had his own place to sleep other than a special room in the castle. - I want to die right now...
- Well, at least he's not gonna hurt us... - Horror scratched the back of his skull.
- Oh, so you're OKAY with WHAT he's gonna do to us?! - yelled Dust, carrying a chair to block the door.
- I-... - Horror "turned off" his eye. - N-no, I'd rather have seven missions a week than that.
- I'd rather DIE THAN THAT! It's... It's so... childish, and dumb, it's fucking too embarrassing!!
Half a minute has passed. The skeletons took a seat, one by the door, other - near the bed.
- Killer was so loud I thought the castle would explode... - Dust put his hood on as if he wanted to hide from the rest of the world (he didn't have it on before, to remind you)
- He's not even t-.. ti-.. Uh, sensitive... - Horror blushed red a little bit, bashfully rubbing his arm. - If I didn't change since my childhood,... I'm... m-much more weak in that way.
- Now that you've mentioned it, I guess I'm in a bigger trouble too... - Dust tried to bury his face in the depths of his hood, hiding his purplish blue cheeks. - Plus I'm younger than you.
- Maybe I should wreck ya now?~ - he turned his eye back on, now looking scary.
- WHAT?! - he flinched away.
- You wouldn't have to survive Nightmare's torture, and I'll look like I helped him so he'll go easy on us both. - Horror got up, wiggling his fingers.
- DON'T YOU DARE, HORROR, FOR STAR'S SAKE! - Dust moved even closer to the wall. - The idea is great, but-.. Just no!!
