3rd Person POV

Seulgi's heart was heavy with the weight of the decisions she had to make. As she left the meeting room, her mind was a whirlwind of emotions, frustration, and anger. She knew that the situation with Malik Voss and Carlo was dire, and the pressure to protect her family and their empire was immense. She knew very well that she needed to discuss the matter with Irene, her confidante, and the love of her life. But her emotions were running high, and the stress of the situation had pushed her to the brink.

She walked into their shared bedroom, finding Irene there, sitting on the edge of the bed, looking concerned. Irene's eyes met Seulgi's, filled with worry and curiosity. "Seulgi, what happened? I heard your car coming like 45 minutes ago but only now you are coming to me. You look so stressed. Is everything okay?"

"Just leave me alone for now. I don't want to talk." said Seulgi.

"But Seulgi, you know that you need to tell me what are you going through. I am your wife and your worries are mine. If you are worried then I want to know what it is that is making you worry." persuaded Irene.

Seulgi couldn't contain the frustration that had been building inside her. She paced back and forth, her voice rising. "No, Irene, everything is not okay! We're facing a threat like we've never seen before, and I'm stuck in the middle of it. I have to make impossible decisions, and I don't even know if they're the right ones! And here you are asking me stupid questions like am I okay or not? Can't you see that I AM FRUSTRATED. And to tell you, you are the one who is increasing my worries and it is because of you that I AM MAD. CRAZY MAD"

Irene reached out to her even though she was hurt by Seulgi's words as she always tried to be the best for her, concern was etched on her face. "Seulgi, you don't have to face this alone. We'll figure it out together. Just talk to me. What's going on?"

Seulgi's anger flared, and her voice became sharper. "Talk? You want to talk? Talking won't make these problems disappear! This is real life, Irene, not some fairy tale where talking can solve everything!"

Irene recoiled, hurt by Seulgi's words. She tried to reach out to her again. "Seulgi, I'm your wife. I'm here to support you. I need to understand what's happening, so I can help you."

Seulgi couldn't bear the frustration and anger any longer. She turned away, her voice strained with emotion. "I don't have time for this right now, Irene."

With that, Seulgi stormed out of the room, leaving Irene behind, hurt and bewildered.

Seulgi found solace in the bar her father had built in the library. The dark, moody atmosphere seemed to match the storm of emotions inside her. She poured herself a drink and took a seat, reflecting on what had just transpired. Regret washed over her as she realized how she had taken her frustration out on the person she loved the most.

As the night wore on, Seulgi sipped her drink, her thoughts filled with Irene and the way she had left their conversation. She knew she needed to go back, to apologize, to explain, and to let Irene in on what was happening.

Seulgi's frustration had driven a wedge between them, and she couldn't bear the thought of letting it destroy what they had. With a sigh, she finished her drink and made her way back to their bedroom. Irene was there, still sitting on the bed, her eyes filled with concern and tears.

Seulgi approached her, her voice soft and filled with remorse. "Irene, I'm so sorry for the way I reacted earlier. I didn't mean to hurt you. I was just... overwhelmed, and I took it out on you. I should have talked to you, explained what's happening."

Irene's eyes softened, and she reached out to take Seulgi's hand. "Seulgi, I understand that the pressure is immense, and I'm here for you. We'll face this together, as a team. You don't have to go through this alone."

Seulgi nodded, her heart filled with gratitude for the understanding and support of her wife. "Irene, you're right. We're in this together, and I promise, I won't let my frustration come between us again." With that Seulgi told everything to Irene, from the attack on base 69 to what Malik Voss was planning. Irene was now afraid too but she knew that she needed to be strong, for Seulgi anf for her family.

With their hands intertwined, Seulgi and Irene found strength in each other's love. The challenges they faced were formidable, but their bond was unbreakable, and they were ready to face whatever lay ahead, hand in hand.

........................

Tzuyu gripped the steering wheel of her sleek black car as she drove toward the airport. The pre-dawn sky was painted with shades of pink and orange, a serene contrast to the bustling city. Her father, Leonardo Castillo, was returning from a trip that had taken longer than expected, and he had mentioned that he had some good news for the organization. Tzuyu was eager to hear what he had to say.

As she pulled up to the airport, she spotted her father waiting by the arrivals gate. Despite the weariness that comes with international travel, Leonardo Castillo stood tall and dignified, his eyes bright with anticipation. Tzuyu couldn't help but smile as she approached him.

"Welcome back, Papa," Tzuyu said, leaning in to hug him.

Leonardo embraced her warmly, his voice filled with fatherly pride. "Tzuyu, my daughter, it's good to be back. I've missed this city."

As they made their way to the car, Tzuyu couldn't contain her curiosity any longer. "You mentioned good news for the organization. What is it, Father?"

Leonardo's eyes twinkled with a sense of excitement. "Ah, Tzuyu, I can't wait to tell you. But let's get home first, and we'll discuss it over breakfast. How has everything been in my absence? How is your wife, Sana and your sisters and everyone?"

Tzuyu smiled as she settled behind the wheel, driving them away from the airport. "Everything has been running smoothly, Father. Sana is doing well and everyone else too. She's been missing you very much though. I'm sure she'd love to catch up with you."

Leonardo chuckled, his deep voice resonating in the car. "That's good to hear. I've missed her as well and those spirited conversations of all of you. It's always a treat when the Castillo sisters and their wives gather."

Tzuyu nodded, the bond between her, Chaeyoung, Seulgi and their wives stronger than ever. "It won't be long until we're all together again. I'm looking forward to it."

As they continued their drive, Tzuyu and Leonardo engaged in easy conversation, catching up on the events that had unfolded during his absence. Leonardo's return had brought with it a sense of warmth and nostalgia, and it was a reminder of the unwavering family ties that defined the Castillos.

Tzuyu knew that her father's return and the good news he brought were significant for the Castillo organization, and she eagerly anticipated their breakfast conversation. For now, though, she cherished this moment with her father, knowing that their family's strength was rooted in the moments they shared together. It was a reminder that no matter the challenges they faced, they were, above all, a family built on love and unity.
