World Wind rejection

Victoria POV
I woke up refreshed, I slept well what time is it? 7:56 I look around no Carley Oh shoot I hop out of bed stirring  up a few people from their sleep and look out the window to see my best friend walking toward a black van
"What the heck Vicky?!" Doltan exclaims his arm was around me before I jumped out of bed
"She's leaving... Like right now" I need to say goodbye, there's usually a lot of foot traffic around this time in the morning breakfast, patrol swaps, training, etc

I know I'll just jump out the window.
So I jumped out the window
"Vicky what the hell" Dalton screams
If they weren't awake they sure are now
"Carley!" I call out she turns in my direction I run toward her and give her a big hug
"Leaving without saying goodby.... That's cold"

"I didn't want to get all sad. I'm gonna miss you" she tells me
"I gonna miss you too"
"I'll call you as soon as I can," she says Teary-eyed
"Okay" I didn't notice until now but she smells a little different.
"Bye it's 8:00 I got to go"
Wait a minute there's no mark on her neck how dose she smell like...

she gets into the black van and they drive away I turn around and standing outside is Carly's parents, My Alpha, My Beta, and now Dolton. Were they here the whole time? "Good morning everyone," I say bowing my head respectfully
"Nice pajamas," the Beta says
I just noticed that I was wearing my bear onesie and I'm barefoot from jumping out of the window how embarrassing I can feel my cheeks flush "Thank you beta" I scurried back inside up the stairs back to my room most of the people from the sleepover were gone I decided to take a shower I hear the door to my bathroom open I have soap on my face so I quickly rinse it off to see who it is

"Why'd you take off the onesie?"
"What are you doing in here Beta Patrick?"
The whole bathroom was foggy I could tell by his voice that it was him
"I wanted to see you... I get the feeling that you're ignoring me" he says sounding upset
"You couldn't have waited till after I showered to 'see me' Beta Patrick"
"Stop calling me Beta Patrick Victoria you know you don't have to call me that when we're alone," he sounds annoyed now
"Well then Patrick," I say turning off the water
"What is it that I can help you with this morning," I say tired of this boring conversation I slide the door slightly and gesture for him to pass me my towel he's currently leaning on the sink he pushes himself up and grabs my towel but instead of handing it to me he holds it at arm's length "Comon Patrick I'm hungry and sad so would you please" he rolls his eyes and hands me my towel "thank you"
"I miss us... and I think about you all the time that's why I came to see you"
My heart is starting to beat faster I stay in the shower with the towel wrapped around me not saying anything he sighs
"I'll see you at lunch," he tells me then leaves the bathroom I wait for my room door to be closed before I come out

I walk into my room my bed is a mess and everyone is out now. Did he come in while they were asleep? Did he order them to leave?
Did he let himself in then when they woke up and heard him they left?!

I change into some black pants and a burgundy cropped sweater I blow-dry my naturally straight hair and do a middle part giving myself a once-over then tidy up my room a little I head downstairs for breakfast I grab my usual two bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich and four sliced-up pears I sit at the table with some of the other pack members. It feels weird not having Carly here. Where's Dolton?! Probably kissing his mate and being happy. I finish up breakfast and go for a two-hour run then do some schoolwork I finally get up to my room after a long dragged-out day I shower again with no inturuptions this time and change into something more comfortable and plop on my bed
Knock knock
Ugh
I swing open the door and it's Patrick again Man twice in one day he must have meant it when he said he missed me. He's holding a big bag of food I haven't had lunch yet today and the smell coming from the bag smells heavenly
"Might I come in" he says shaking the bag a little oh sure now he asks to come in
"Cone on in" we sit down at the round table in my room and he starts taking the contents out of the bag.
"Its from Missy's dinner your favorite" it was two grilled cheeses with bacon and tomato and three tuna melts with spinach my favorite, two bacon burgers and two Caesar salad's
"Is your mini fridge stocked?"
"Yeah I have sweet tea, water, sprite, and coconut water" "What would you like?"
"Just a water please" this all smells great I wait for him to come back to the table before I start eating he brings me back a water I don't wait for his butt to hit the chair completely before I dig in
tuuuuunnaaaa
"I wanted to talk to you about something..i wanted to talk to you earlier but there were people in your room and you were naked and wet and it was distracting" okayyyy
"Okayy"
"Well I was thinking that maybe you and I could be mates.."
This again?!
My mouth is full of tuna this bread is toasted to perfection mmm
"We talked about this Patrick I like you, you're very kind and handsome...but we both have real mates out there somewhere, and I wouldn't want to give my mate a bad impression."

"Im not sure if I even have a mate I'm a bit older then the age your supposed to be when you get them.. and besides I'd reject whoever it is for you."

I stop chewing and think about what he is saying, it has nothing to do with his age I do like Patrick but just not enough to... ugh and the thought of him rejecting his mate his perfect match just doesn't sit well with me. She or he would literally be made to be with him.

"Of course you have a mate," I tell him
I can't help but think this is my fault it all started about two months ago there were a few isolated instances between Patrick and I
