Yu shot open her eyes. Her vision was blurry until it wasn't and realized she was in her bedroom. The platinum blonde sat up on her bed and begin to look around.

"A dream? No, the past."

The female voiced in her head. She sighed before getting up from her bed to start her routine. Yu approached her mirror and stared at her own reflection. Her eyes wandered down to her mouth, "..."

"How long..since I talked?"

Snake and fangs seal. The infamous Inumaki technique was etched on her face but not a single world will be uttered from Yu's mouth. The female gave a sigh before leaving her bedroom space. Megumi won't take care of himself.

Yu walked gazed at the worn down walls of the apartment. A two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms. Yu was lucky she found it at a cheap price due to the landlord owning her a favor. Might not be much for others but it's plenty for both child and guardian. Yu smiled and proceeded to go towards Megumi's room.

she opened the door to find the boy still asleep. Yu chuckled and headed towards the sleeping beauty. She gently shook him in order to wake him up but the boy didn't budge. Yu rolled her eyes getting ready to pick up Megumi until she felt something pulling her pants. Yu looked down to see one of Megumi's divine dogs. The guardian crouched down and pet the dog.

The shikigami barked before turning its body and growled at a direction. Yu then soon found out the reason. A low level curse was just cruising around Megumi's room.

"..."

"I guess I'll have to clean up today."

Yu got up and approached the said curse. The blob squealed in terror but Yu grabbed it before it could run away. She begin to squish it before throwing it the Shikigami. Well that's that..

Yu then picked up Megumi.

"Yu-nee, I have a project coming up." Megumi shared. The blonde, now wearing her famous Shiba Inu tan colored apron, tilted her head in question. Megumi gave her a deadpan stare, "I need some stuff for it."

Yu gave him a thumbs up to signal that she'll find it. Megumi nodded and finished his breakfast. Another school day...

After cleaning up and giving Megumi his lunch for the day, Yu begin her mission.

Supply Run

Forget the curses roaming around their apartment for a minute. She can handle them later, her precious Megumi asked her for supplies so she shall deliver..(even though he just mention he needed it)

With that said, Yu put on her mask, shoes, and wallet. She closed the door to her apartment and made sure that nothing will be able to get in. Now to secure the goods.

Nothing will stop her on her mission-

"HELP! THIEF!" A high pitch voice shouted...

Yu felt someone body slam into her but she didn't budge. The blonde turned her head to see a rough looking guy swearing under his breath while holding tightly a purse. Yu just gave a blank stare at the man.

The thief got up and ran for his life. The woman was gobsmacked at the fact Yu didn't do anything at all to help her.

"Aren't you gonna do anything about it?!" The same high pitch voice yelled at Yu.
