𝐓𝐀𝐘𝐋𝐎𝐑 never thought she'd meet someone like you. Someone who didn't care about her past boyfriends or experiences, you loved her as if she were brand new.

She'd continuously made mistakes before, Calvin, Jake, John-- just to name a few. She never learned. But trusting you was the first thing she felt she did right.

You would walk with your head down, ignoring the crowds of people shouting her name to get her photo, just to get to her and you never complained. You rose above the whole scenes just for her.

You made her forget about the hate she was getting, forget about the people she'd trusted which she couldn't anymore, they all faded to nothing when she looked at you. You made her unaware of the whole outside world when you were just inside laughing, making forts, under covers.

Even on her darkest nights, just by giving her a glance, your eyes just sparked, you made her feel safe and loved.

She didn't care that headlines on magazines were calling her a 'serial girlfriend', 'boyfriend hopper' or a 'chronic dater', she allowed them to call it what they wanted. No one else but you and her knew what you had.

The second she'd asked you if you'd run away with her, you said yes in an instant. She took a break from her job-- it was what she needed. She deleted her socials, hid from the media and life couldn't get better. Her mental health couldn't get better.

You'd never been prouder. In the year that you guys were away from the media, everyday you'd spend laughing, boarding up windows and building fires to keep her warm.

You took her up on the roof of her apartment in Lower Manhattan, beers in plastic cups and hand. You had your hand on her eyes, covering them as you took her up top.

"Y/n, why are you covering my eyes, I literally live here, I know what it looks like from the roof." She laughed as you guided her onto one of the couches. You sat her down with a smile on your face, sitting opposite her on the table.

"Open," You told her, holding a box in your hands. Her eyes opened, revealing her gorgeous electric blue eyes that just made you skip a beat every time you saw her.

Her eyes softened when she saw the box in your hands.

"Take it, open it." You gave her the box and she looked so happy. "Oh, y/n. You didn't have to,"

"Open it, come on!" You exclaimed, bouncing your leg in excitement. She laughed at you, before opening it.

It revealed a Pandora necklace with your initial on a circle charm. She put her hand to her mouth in shock, "Y/n, it's beautiful. I love it, thank you so much," She gushed, putting the box on her lap and hugging you tightly.

You rubbed her back as you chuckled, "It's okay, baby. Need help putting it on?" You asked, she nodded, picking up the box and handing it to you.

You stood up, walking behind her. You bent down to her height, moving her hair out of the way. You kissed her neck as you did so, making her let out the smallest little whimper, you wouldn't have caught it if you weren't next to her mouth.

You smirked and continued to put the necklace on. No words were exchanged, but the silence was so comfortable, you just loved being in her presence.

You clipped the chain around her neck and moved her hair back to where it was previously. You went back around the couch and sat next to her, taking her head in your hands and kissing her.

"I love you so much." Taylor whispered against your lips. You blushed, leaning more into the kiss, before pulling away, "I love you even more, my sweet girl."
