"Thanks man", I put my hand on his shoulder and gently smile. He looks at me like he's almost flabbergasted. He slowly grabs my hand and snatches it away from his delicate broad shoulder. Wait- what am I thinking-?
I just nod. And why am I nodding? Because I understand he's uncomfortable, though I'm not sure why exactly, but he is indeed human after all and he proved that right with his dumb snarky remark about how, "you' re gonna leave my clothes all dusty", " learn to respect people's personal privacy", gosh he's so dramatic, well, that's the prince for you.
"Well, I'll be on my way then", and surprisingly, he still kept on blabbering on how to not disrespect the prince and all that. I just want to tie a cloth around his dry mouth so that he can shut up already, seriously.
"Well, you ready papa Mia?", I say with my returning enthusiasm, carrying the heavy bag around my shoulders.
"Yeah. You better believe it, sonny", he then looks down and looks back up again. Papa Mia after all, is known for being a big thinker, jeez, and I though old age would consume his old brain.
"Oh! And don't forget about the vodka!", he exclaims with a finger pointed up
I look at him completely dumfounded. I slap a hand on my face in total disbelief, I quietly let out a grunt, but that pout of a grunt turns around and becomes the absolute opposite.
I laugh. No, more like I burst out laughing with tears in my eyes, everyone starts looking at me weirdly, but I couldn't care less at this point.
"Oh you drunken old fool, let's just go already, after all, adventure awaits once again!", I pull out a cheesy grin, the old man joins with me, if the once tension didn't get replaced with newly found positivity with wholesomeness, then I don't know what did.
Me and papa Mia start debating about what kind of alcohol beverages we could get, after all, he's an alcoholic sewage.
We kept walking along the path that we normally go to, and it's as we like to call, "way way path", which is just our way of saying 'short path.'
We then saw it. The way to the human realm. Earth.
It looked like a ginormous big bubble field surrounding the entirety of the area we're in.
I was about to jump in without further hesitation, but papa Mia quickly stops me with his arm gripping my hand.
His costume shines brightly then ever, and he gives me a 'don't go look, at least not right now" look.
"Papa Mia? What's wrong? ", I question looking at him with my brows knitted together. I'm starting to get impatient.
"I- really don't have a good feeling about this, something just seems.. how do I put it. Off. "
The bubble bursts, and a huge black hole appears out of nowhere. You see, the last time there was ever a black hole, was when a man named Saul came into this world.
Mystery still lyes on who this Saul is, but according to legend, whoever turns human, or can't control their human form is cursed.
That's why, if I ever want to go to Earth, I'd have to go with papa Mia, otherwise, I'd be banished here for all of eternity, also why I have to wear these magic cloaks.
.
.
.A huge, but powerful aura sucks us in and all of the remainings in this wide open area. It really is huge.
"Yeah, you tell me somethin' I don't know why don't you!", shouts papa Mia with all his remaining strength, whilst holding onto a nearby tree, though there really was no use in doing that, since it got sucked in anyway along with me.
