Chapter 1

Sasuke is sitting on his bed looking up to the ceiling, as he stares he couldn't help but remember his childhood and how everything went wrong.

Growing up he had a father, a mother, and finally an older brother that he loved so much. Then one night was all it took to turn him into an orphan alongside his older brother Itachi. He was only eight years old when his parents died in a car crash returning home from their father Fugaku's policemen ball, his older brother had to break the news to him.

They were taken in by his grandparents Tobirama and Izuna and he grew up with them until Itachi turned eighteen and moved out with Sasuke.

Sasuke has always idolized his grandparent's love story which was a real life Romeo and Juliet because both clans despised each other, but once his grandfather laid eyes on his grandmother both clans made a truce and they have been together for fifty years.

Both Itachi and Sasuke would dream of finding their one true love and hope to have a relationship like them, however when Itachi was twenty he thought he did found someone that would treat him right and grow old with as they raise their family together named Kisame.

Kisame is from the bloodthirsty Hoshigaki clan, they are very shark-like hence the nickname. At first he was not into Itachi due to their age gap, however Itachi's beauty and intelligence won him over and Sasuke has never seen his brother so happy before, however when Itachi got pregnant that's when Kisame truly began to act like a shark and left once Itachi showed him a positive pregnancy test.

Itachi is now nine months pregnant and under bed rest due to preeclampsia, his pregnancy symptoms scare Sasuke from ever wanting to be pregnant. Itachi vomits all day, painful headaches, fatigue, horrible back pain, frequent urination, and sometimes bleeding. Sasuke takes care of his brother after school and their grandmother Izuna and Itachi's friend Izumi who brings him his university homework takes care of him during the day.

As Sasuke closes his eyes to take a nap he hears his brother vomiting again, "Blarghhhhh blechhhhh... Make it stop... Please... Oh fuck blarghhhhh!" Sasuke gets out of bed and enters Itachi's room, "Nii-san are you okay, do you need anything?" Itachi nods and says, "Yes, I want you to cut me open and pull my baby out of me." Sasuke chuckles and says, "I can't do that, how about some water?" Itachi nods and says, "Water and some food please... I am so hungry." Sasuke goes into the kitchen and grabs his brother some water and a healthy snack, when he came back he hands Itachi the food and water and smirks as he says, "So are you planning on having any more kids?" Itachi shakes his head and says, "Oh hell no, I am one and done."

The next day as Sasuke is getting ready to go to school he hears a knock on the door which is strange because both his grandmother and Izumi have spear keys to come and go as they please, as Sasuke looks in the peep hole he sees yellow and smiles as he opens the door, "What are you doing here dope?" Naruto flashes his big goofy grin and says, "I was in the neighborhood and I thought you and I can walk to school together." Sasuke smiles as he welcomes him in, Naruto lives three miles away from him.

Naruto and Sasuke have been friends since they were both thirteen and started to date when they were fifteen and about to hit their one year anniversary. Naruto walks inside so they can have breakfast together and wait for either Izuna or Izumi to take care of Itachi.

Naruto takes off his shoes and loudly says, "Good morning big brother Itachi, how are you feeling?" Itachi's groans as he dry heaves into his trashcan by his bed and says, "I'm fine... Blarghhhhhh." Naruto sits down and says, "I wish I could stay in bed all day." Itachi overhears and says, "No you don't." Naruto and Sasuke chuckle. Naruto would help Itachi as well since he loves Sasuke and Itachi is like family to him, Naruto would try to make Itachi laugh and talk to him for hours which Itachi appreciates and always looks forward to his visits.
