Months gone by and Itachi is getting dressed up to go a banquet at his hospital, if everything goes well then he could potentially get a promotion and increase of pay.

Meanwhile at another banquet, Naruto and Gaara are at a political dinner with powerful people from around the world, the only thing Naruto cared about was the food.

"And so I said that's not a campaign about water pollution, it's my wife's homemade soup!" The entire table erupted in both legit and fake laughter from the prime minister of Getsugakure's joke, as Naruto fake laughs he then looks at Gaara who was not looking so good, "Gaara, are you okay?" Gaara nods and says, "Yes, I'll be okay." Naruto then looks down thinking where he has seen that facial expression before, as he tries to remember that's when the servers all came in to present a dish from the five Michelin star chef Choji Akimichi, "Tonight for dinner I present to you from the waters of Kirigakure fresh salmon seasoned to perfection with a lemon glaze with a side of asparagus in a butter sauce topped with fresh parmesan." As the servers lifted the lids to present the foods, Gaara got up and ran outside to vomit.

Everyone had a different facial expression from worry and disgust, King Rasa however looks furious and as he was about to get up and check on his prince that's when Naruto got up first after he remembers and explains, "I apologize to you all and I was hoping to keep this private, Gaara and I are expecting our first child." The entire table cheers as they congratulate him, Naruto looks at them and says, "The food looks amazing please dig in and bon appetit!" He then runs to Gaara's side.

Itachi is sitting at the table surrounded by executives, rich donors, and doctors talking about golfing and yachting, Itachi is bored out of his mind. One of the donors who is incredibly wealthy takes a special interest in Itachi and says, "Have you ever been in a yacht before, if not I would love to show you mine." Itachi looks at Danzo Shimura and says, "I have not, actually I'm a little scared of the ocean." Danzo then places a hand on his lap and says, "Then how about I give you some private swimming lessons." Itachi who is uncomfortable stands up and excuses himself by saying, "I apologize, but I have to call my husband to make sure he isn't feeding our son to much sweets, excuse me." As Itachi leaves he can overhear the other guests talking about the nice view, "Disgusting pigs."

Gaara is outside throwing up hoping the paparazzi isn't outside taking photos when all of a sudden Naruto shows up, "Gaara I just told everyone your pregnant." Gaara looks at him mortified and says, "Why the hell would you say that!" Naruto rubs his back and says, "Because it's true you are, I've seen this before and I know... Your pregnant." Gaara looks at him shaking in fear, "Oh no, oh no Naruto I'm not ready!" As Gaara is freaking out that's when King Rasa appears and says, "Gaara I've heard the news, come here." As Gaara approaches his father that's when King Rasa gives him a hug, "I am so happy that I'm going to be a grandfather, your mother would be so proud!" Gaara then hugs back and silently smiles as he embraces his father who has never hugged him.

Meanwhile Itachi is in the bathroom wiping his tears away, as much as he loves his job he was tired of all the unsolicited harassment and the disrespect which he vocalized profusely to HR, "It's time for a new career change." He then went to his office and sent a resignation email, he then grabbed all of his things and leaves.

After the political banquet Naruto and Gaara are in their limo, "How are you feeling Gaara, are you okay?" Gaara looks at Naruto and says, "No... No I'm not okay, what if our cover gets blown... I don't want to end up like my cousin." Naruto looks at him and says, "What happened to your cousin, did they die?" Gaara shakes his head and says, "No, he had his daughter taken away from him because he was unwed." Naruto lifts his left hand and points at his wedding band, "That's not gonna be a problem with us." Gaara looks at him and says, "I know, but if this baby looks anything like Lee then he or she will be taken away just like his... Naruto I was there when it happened."
