Contrary to popular belief, Bloom is not a Mary Sue in Season 4 (shoutout to Lumna10 for this realization). She has a formidable opponent to face, who has dark dragon fire magic! She is still vulnerable like she was in the first three seasons, but I really like her in this season. Especially with Angela's voice acting, Bloom actually sounds more calm and mature, coming into her own as an adult. This portrayal is something that Nickelodeon Bloom doesn't have. All in all, Bloom is really nice in Season 4.
