Ch. 13

(For added effects, read this while listening to Irresistible. That's the whole point of me writing while listening to this song. Warning: very heated scene... I suggest if you haven't gotten to the, "You're second hand smoke," part yet, wait until that comes on to read The head scene. It'll be in italics. I'm being very picky... Lol!)

Don't ask me how we got here. I have forgotten myself. All I know is that one minute, we're laughing and kissing, the next he's screaming at me, then begging me not to leave.

"Pete, I need to leave." I said calmly after growing tired of yelling.

"Don't you love me?" He whispered.

"I-I..." I did. I just didn't know what to say.

He pulled me into a kiss, but I pushed him back. "I have to go." I said quietly, stepping back away from him.

He reached out for me, but I pulled away. I turned and hurried out of the room. I was stopped by Bronx in the doorway.

"Are you leaving, Jade?" He asked.

Pete stood in a trance behind me until Bronx spoke. He shook his head and went to chase after me, but I gave Bronx a sympathetic nod before running out the door and down the street to Andy's apartment building.

That night, I was lying in my bed crying. Andy went out with his girlfriend, so I had the apartment to myself.

As I laid in bed, I couldn't help but think of Pete and I.

-flashback-

Every moan... Every crevice of him was perfect and beautiful. It moved in slow motion. His hands traveled expertly over my body.

I shuddered as his lips made their way to my neck. We were lying in his bed making out, but then things went a little farther. He pulled my shirt off and admired me.

"Stunning." He whispered, eyes wide and full of love.

I blushed.

He went back to kissing me, his hands moved blindly to my back and unclasped my bra, throwing it to the side without breaking the kiss.
