I walked into the school hall on my way to my locker, everyone was looking and at first, I thought they like my new look.
I smiled to them proudly and walked with my head held high. I heard giggles and whispers from everyone looking at me. I wondered why they were giggling.
I took out my books and entered class, it was english class and Dan was already there, looking through some papers as usual.
I sat on my usual place, which was beside my crush. Josh had been my crush since high school started, he was not a bully but he really show that he was disgusted to be around me, as how everyone is.
Frankie approached me, he is the school's main bully and he always make my life miserable.
"wait.. is that lipstick and eyeliner you have on?" Frankie mocked and the rest of the class started laughing.
"hey loser, you don't need to put on makeup in hopes to make us think that you look 'pretty', you are just making yourself look uglier than you already are!"
The whole class rose to an uprising laughter that resonated in my ear. I felt my face burning in embarrassment. I should not have put makeup on!
I looked at Josh, who was laughing along with the class. This can only mean one thing, that he agrees with Frankie, that I am ugly.
Josh started chanting "Ugly.. Ugly.. Ugly" and the class followed his chant. Not long, the whole class was saying "ugly" at me.
The whole situation made my vision blur, I felt cheeks streaming down and I ran to the toilet.
I looked at the reflection in the toilet, no one was there and I was crying out loudly. I wiped the black tears from the eyeliner with the back of the sweater cuff.
They were right, I am ugly. I weight 10 stones and I have pimples. I shouldn't have done this.
