Main quirk: energy allocation. You can steal, use, and tell energy how it should work. You can steal energy from a person in such a way that can make them sleep, or make their arm immobile, kill them, etc. you can also use energy to heal or energize (which you can also send to their arms, brains, etc.), you can store it and if you are storing a lot it gives you a golden glow. Using too much without refilling it will cause your body to act as if you are losing a lot of weight/body material. Any of this works at the touch of your hand, any part of it.
