Diggy's POV
I took another shower after Korren and I round two and got dressed for Anais to come over. We were finally finishing the baby's room.
I threw on a tank as soon as the doorbell rang.
"Hey Anais" I smiled, she smiled back.
"Hello Daniel, you ready to finish?" She smiled, I nodded and moved aside so she can come in.
"Where's Korren?" She asked setting her purse down on my couch.
"Oh she's sleep but she might wake up soon" I smiled, thinking about earlier.
"Oh ok, well lets see the baby's room" she smiled dimly. I walked down the hall and opened the door. She walked in shocked.
"Woah, did you work on it by yourself?"
"Yeah, you know she's going to be here any day now" I smiled.
"Thanks" she hugged me. I hugged her back. She let go and began rubbing her stomach.
"Can you believe it's been almost eight months?" She blushed, I rubbed her stomach.
"I can't, it's crazy" I moved away grabbing the bags of decorations needed to be placed on the wall.
"Well lets get started" I smiled grabbing the hammer and nails and a frame while she grabbed some bed sheets for the crib.
"So how did you meet Korren?" She asked.
"Oh well I was her mentor in a church program."
"Oh, was she a problem child?"
I shrugged "You can say that." She walked back to the bags to grab more stuff.
"It's crazy to think that you would be dating someone three years younger than you. That's a big difference" I chuckled quietly to myself. I knew exactly what she was doing.
"Umm I don't think so, but I guess it's different opinions" I replied, she nodded
"Have you ever thought what it would be like with someone your own age. You know someone more experience" she said seductively while handing me a hammer, I stepped down and looked at her.
"Anais I'm not single. I've been with Korren for almost a year now and she's not going anywhere" I said.
"But what about me? I'm more advanced than she is, I'm older, sexier. I'm having your baby!" she said grabbing my arms.
"Please stop, I don't see you like that" I moved away.
"And yes you are having my baby, but you're still just an acquaintance" I replied.
"But I know you enjoyed that night we had together an-"
"Diggy babe, you want anything to eat?" Korren asked standing at the door in my shirt. I smiled and made a quick glimpse at Anais.
"Hey Korren" she smiled.
"Hey Anais, you're getting so big" she gasped walking in to rub her stomach.
"Aww thanks, I know Daniel's excited" she looked at me.
"Yeah I am, but I don't need anything babe" I replied looking at Korren.
"Ok, you guys have fun" she smiled kissing my lips, I kissed her back. She left a few seconds later.
"Like I was saying" Anais said.
"Yeah let's finish this room" I said, she looked annoyed.
Hours Later
Anais had left and it was just Korren and I.
"I'm so tired" she yawned leaning her chest against mine.
"I saw what you did earlier" I smiled, she sat up.
"What?" She asked, I began chuckling.
"Babe, you want anything to eat?" I repeated mocking her girly voice. She hit my chest.
"I don't sound like that!"
" You were laying it on thick. I guess someone was still feeling threatened"
"Well yeah, she was the one saying I'm so young for you"
"You heard that?"
"Yeah, why do you think I came to the door?" I chuckled hugging her tightly.
"Yeah she was flirting with me" I said.
"The bitch" I bursted out in laughter.
"Damn baby, she's still having my baby" I replied.
" Yeah, and after that I don't want to see her" she complained.
"I love you Korren" I said smiling.
"I love you too" she smiled kissing my chest. I proceeded to watch TV until my phone rang.
"Hello?" I answered. I paused and sat up.
"Really? I'm on my way" I said sitting up.
"Get dressed baby" I said running to the back room.
"Babe what's wrong?" She asked.
"Come babe, get ready!" I yelled grabbing a black bag.
"Diggy what's up?"
"Anais' water broke, she's in the hospital!"
