"You kids ready to head back?" Norm strolls in as the eclipse fades out, and the sunset takes over while everyone starts to pack up.

"Yeah." Tommi softly groans. "Can we take the Ikran back, though? I can't make the walk back. I'm too tired." She complains.
She looks up to you as she lays her head on your lap, her eyes tired as ever.
"My back hurts and my joints are sore all over."

"Big baby." Da'mik calls out.

"I'm in pain you asshole." She shoots him a small look. "Shut up."

"We'll get you a nice hot bath back at base, how's that sound?" You ask, running a few fingers over her hair. "And some muscle relaxers can't hurt."

Jake and Norm are already calling for their Ikran by the time you and Trudy help the kids get everything ready to go back, and by the time Tommi finally gets up everyone takes their place with their Ikran and a human to ride with.

If only you could feel the breeze on your face from up here. It's manageable when you take your mask off for a few spare seconds, but the air is so thin up here - it hasn't been something to risk.

Jake leans forward a bit to turn as he follows Norm, and his chest brushes against your back. A nice time to lean into it, fully rest as you don't have to worry about breaking a link.
His palm fully folds over your thigh as he rubs his fingers on the side of your leg, comforting you on the ride back.

It's not even that long of a flight back, yet you still managed to fall asleep on the way.

It's not until Jake lands that anything's disturbed you enough to get your attention, and you're so exhausted you nearly fall onto the ground below as you haven't woken up fast enough.

Spider and Kiri make their way to the crowd as everyone comes in.

You hardly catch the full extent of the conversation as the kids stay on their Ikran for a few more seconds than Jake and Norm do - probably showing them off as they were still pretty new to them.

"Okay, okay. Would you stop complaining?" The faint sound of Lo'ak's voice comes through as you step closer. "- We're home, Tommika."

Lo'ak steps down first, and turns to help her down as the human kids aren't yet tall enough to feel comfortable doing so alone.

"She's just acting that way because she likes Sî-eyha and he won't return the crush." Spider explains. "—She wouldn't shut up about him last night."

"Shut up, Spider." She swings her legs over the Ikran, trying to steady herself as Lo'ak stands before her with his arms ready to catch her. "— I'll strangle you in front of everyone."

"Would you cut it out?" Kiri sounds all too much like her mother when she starts scolding everyone. "She's clearly not feeling well, leave her alone."

Lo'ak catches her and as he sets her down, she seems to go in one full motion as she hits the grass with her knees and leans forward with a sudden, sharp hiss.

"Tommi?" Niikeym steps forward cautiously, and Da'mik swallows ever word hes ever said as she groans in pain again.

"Shit. It wasn't me. I swear, I set her down gently." Lo'ak tries to defend himself as she kneels on the ground trying to pace her breathing.

"I'll get Mom." Da'mik shoots off before the others can even speak, and by the time Tommi is able to stand again - she has blood staining her entire right leg as she sat on her thigh to stable herself.

Norm trails in behind as you show up - worried just as much as you are about the news.

"What happened?" You kneel down as she whimpers and places her hand on her abdomen.
"Tommika?"
