The Purchase PT.3

ED'S POV

By just taking a look around, Ed had felt his gut telling him how guilty this looked.

He felt so poorly bad for these people, he was generally concerned for his nation, he thought to himself a bit before his father spoke...

"Keep your mouth shut."- He whispered coldly. 

The way he said that, made the chills roll up my spine. I was afraid of him?

We gathered the people to the centre part of the village, and my father spoke. 

"Good Morning, my nation. It is with open heart that we come here to help you all. I know, it may seem we have left you all stranded since the last time we arrived, but do not worry. We will not do this again."

The people started to cheer, they were happy to hear that we weren't abandoning them. But they don't know that the reason we are here is-

"So! Crops shall we?" He shouted, and bumped me with his elbow as of a sign, then he whispered again, "Talk about it, I will shut your life down. You understand boy?"  I nodded, fearful for what would happen. All my mother did was stare at my coldly and look the other direction.

"Sir Sir! Would you care for a look around the market?" A seller tapped me on the shoulder and asked, I briefly said, "Why yes of course, lead the way." Then I heard a lady shouting, "Eleanor! Grab the man his wheels!" I was confused, wheels? What wheels? Then this girl, she came out of nowhere and drove this wooden vehicle to me and said without even making eye contact with me, "Here sir, after you..." I nodded as a thankful way of saying thank you, as I watched on.

I felt, angry?

Everyone seems to be shouting at her to do this, this and this. I felt so bad for this poor girl.

"Give her a break, thank you Eleanor." I gave her a warm smile and patting her to sit down next to me.

Eleanor's POV:

(for extra emotION)

Did he just..tell me to sit next to him? My heart was pounding so bad, did he feel bad for me?

I shyly sat next to him, and thought to myself.

"Hello?" My eyes were open as wide as humanly possible, he just said hello to me. I didn't say a single word, I was just trying to drive him around. "So uh...this is Mateo who does the bread selling." I swear I was stuttering every single word. 

I felt a sudden touch on my chin, my eyes grew. I looked at him, as he suddenly..

ELEANOR AND EDS POV:

I swear her eyes were glowing the second I felt her silk skin, it felt as if I was in heaven. Her beauty took my breath away.

He lifted up my chin, and started to feel my skin before his smile grew softer.  I felt as if I was in a fantasy movie, where the guy she has a crush on suddenly falls for her. But I shouldn't get my hopes up. Then all of a sudden....
