she was so scared. She knew she had perfect everything the was, but she couldn't shake the feeling of terror that won't go away. She felt like she was going to pass out as she chugged bottles of water, Her throat feeling parched. "Minu its going to be ok" one of the other girls that a was preforming with, "I'm trying , I wasn't nervous until I came to the fair. Its all becoming so real I've never preformed like this" all the other girls started to dance when they were little, Minu only started to dance five months ago. "just between you and me you gotten better then Christi in those five months you've been dancing" the girl whispered to Minu
Christi was a good dancer so what the girl said was impossible but I wasn't going to talk back. "thank you"
"for are special performance give it up for the Driftwood pack" people clapped and cheer in excitement as Minu and the other girls got up onto the stage. when she got up on the stage she realized she could barely see the people below her. This calmed her slightly but not enough because her heart was beating a million time a minute, but it help calm her nerves ever so slightly. The source of the light was slight lights high up on the stage blinding me from seeing the crowd below.
everyone got into their positions as the music started to play. after a few minutes Minu started to loosen up and started to feel better. It all came naturally to her as the music started to play. her muscles were relaxed compared to strained pain it once was. Her feet and legs burned as they started to move with the beat but she felt a since of pride in enduring the pain.
her body moved her hips swayed it all came naturally. before she knew it the dance was over her lungs burned her feet ache and their was sweat dripping down her forehead but she still kept a huge smile on her face.
she did it. They all got up smile at the crowd and bounce back stage "we all did amazing, thank you Minu for joining us we couldn't of done it without you" one of the girls exclaimed. they all hugged each other and started to singing and laughing
having a great time.
