The Wolf

'Running through the rain, stepping from slippery building to slippery building. The soft glow of the moonlight showing that I'm still being chased...'

-In the morning-

Y/N's POV:

I make my way downstairs to get some food. I grab a pan, eggs, bacon, and a burrito wrap. I make myself a breakfast burrito and head to work. I start my walk towards the police station until I get a call from UA principal.

Y/N: Hello?
Nezu: This is Y/N Bakugou, right?
Y/N: Yes, what can I help you with?
Nezu: Well, I'm calling today about your Degree in Psychology.
Y/N: Yes? What about it?
Nezu: I think you'll work perfectly at our school as class 1-A therapist!
Y/N: A...therapist?
Nezu: Correct!
Y/N: I would but I have to reject, I already have a job and I wouldn't have the time to pick up a new full time one
Nezu: It wouldn't be full time, you could work part time and your schedule would be very flexible.
Nezu: Just come in for one day and see if you like it.
Y/N: What day?
Nezu: How about Thursday?
Y/N: Works for me
Nezu: Excellent, see you then

-End of call-

I put my phone away and continue walk to my job. I stopped by a coffee shops and grabs a ice coffee, then I make the rest of the way to work. I get there and already see Aizawa sitting in one of the chairs. I sit at my desk and start working.

-A few hours later-

After working for a bit it was around lunch time and I grabbed my phone to look up food places near me so I wouldn't have to travel that far to get some food. I turned to Aizawa and asked him if he wanted anything. "I'll just get whatever your getting" he replies sleepily. I nod and continue looking. I decided on *your favorite food place* and ordered something for both of us.

As I'm sitting in my office waiting for the food, I can feel Aizawa keeping a sharp eye on me. I look up at him to see him just kinda glaring at me. "What?" I ask him in a confused manner. He didn't reply he just looked at me and stared. 'Weirdo' I thought to myself and continued with my work.

After a few minutes, the food got to the lobby. So, I got up and started walking towards the door to go to the lobby. I get to the lobby and I grabbed the food from the working and made my way back to my office where I Aizawa was awake. I handed him his food and I started eating mine.

-Time skips to a bit before it's time for Y/N to clock out-

I look at the clock to see that it's almost time for me to leave. I glance towards Aizawa to see him sleeping. I start to pack up all my stuff so I can go home and start making dinner. "Aizawa!" I yelled "I'm heading out for the night, if you're not leaving after me please lock up at least."

I started walking to the door and right before I got to the door it opened. I stopped in my tracks and waited for the person to walk in. I kid you fucking not Pro-Hero Deku and my brother walks into my office. "To whom do I owe the pleasure?" I say annoyed. "Hey lil bro," Katsuki says to me "Katsuki" I snap. "Chill N/N we just wanted to ask something- is that Aizawa?" He was confused. I look over at the sleeping man on the couch "Yea, the commission paired us up for a case to work on." I answered then turned to look at Katsuki again. "So what did you need?" "We just wanted to drop off the color scheme for the wedding" "why drop it off to me?" I give him a confused gaze. "Well you are gonna be the best man of the wedding might as well know what you're wearing" He says smirking, I look at him with surprise. "R-Really?" "Mhm" I give him a hug. "Thanks this means a lot for me." I told him as I started packing up my brother and his fiance left the room and I turned to see Aizawa looking at me. "I'm heading home now." I tell him as I start walking out.

-Time skip to when he gets home-

As I unlock my door I can feel the growing gaze of someone watching me. I turn around to find Salem looking at me, I crouch down and call to the familiar feline. "Here kitty" I say in a soft voice. The cat walks up to me and purrs from my touch. I pick up the cat and walk to my room. I sit the cat down to get ready for bed.

-After he gets ready-

As I lay in bed I hear a thud from downstairs. I sit up and look around, 'Salem still asleep on the bed so it wasn't him' I think to myself. I get out of bed and walk downstairs. When I get down I see a tall shadow in the hallway, I grab the closest thing next to me which happens to be a broom and throw it at the shadow. The broom hits the unknown thing and it makes a noise of pain. I turn on the light and see that the shadow was a black wolf. It looks at me and growls. I step back slowly and it growls more so I stay still.

After a few minutes the growling subsides and now me and the wolf are looking at each other. Then the wolf lays on the ground. We look at each other until I sit with him. We stare at each other for a bit as if waiting for the other to move. After a while my eyes started to get heavy I fought to stay awake for at least a few more minutes. The wolf slowly falls asleep on the floor and I feel Salem curl up into my lap and fall apart. A few minutes later I'm drifting off to sleep myself.
