Retrospect - A detective series

Rhett arrived at the office. He already noticed that every detective that was standing there had a strange look on their faces. Rhett clenched his eyebrows at that.

Why all of them are having the same reaction on their faces?

'' I apologise for being late. Have you guys already had an eye on the case? '' rhett said holding the case paper but he noticed that not a single person was saying anything.

Rhett's eyes became bigger when he began to read.

'' Three people have been found murdered  at the exact same house. Every victim's one eye has been taken off and had a paper  on their hands. The paper includes alphabets. ''Z'' ''Y'' ''X''. And the time has also been written. '' Z- 7:35pm ''
''Y-7:40'' '' X- 7:45 ''.

'' Isnt the case about murder? Then why didnt the police take the responsibility? '' Rhett asked.

'' The police couldn’t solve this. They said that everytime they gather some evidents, it just vanishes in the air. They literally have no idea how can so many proofs just disappear when they have more than hundred security guards? So the government wants us all to solve this case. Every detective that had taken the custody of this case had been found dead in the sea. They had a paper on their hand saying 'i want them to catch me'. Every detective crew has been tested if they are the ones that the kiler wants to take the custody but no. Now we are the only one which is left. '' said jake lambert.

Henry Claude said, '' If we cant solve this then we will also be found as dead
in the sea, ''

'' I dont think that the killer is desiring  to kill us. Because why would he even want to kill us when he is the one who has been giving signs to everyone for choosing us to solve this matter? '' said Maisie Keiths.

'' He has something to tell us, '' said Hazel Niamh.

'' What would he even want to tell? I have never seen a perpetrator wanting his hunter to catch him? '' said henry claude.

'' I have seen this 'taking off an eye' case before. '' said rhett campbell scratching his head.

'' This is the exact same case of 1925 which was named as 'alphabet'. More than 5 people were killed. '' said jake hambert.

'' And it was named 'alphabet' because all the people that had been murdered had a namecode. And the number was 6 '' said rhett campbell.

'' The first person that was murdered was Anelida Flaxe. And the others were Bobb Travis, Camilla Dutch, David Harms, Effela Troys, Fins George'' henry said

'' Alphabetically killed. '' said maisie keiths.
