What's making that sound then I listen closely, and it sounds like crying. Who's crying? I wonder then I turn to my side and see Nickel shaking and quietly crying in his sleep. And it looks like he pushed his blanket too.

Why is he crying in his sleep? I need to check if he's okay. I started to get out of my bed and walk over to Nickel's bed.

and I heard him mumbling in his sleep and sometimes saying a few words during those mumblings.
"Wait . . . I .. .. .d- . . ... mean .. . to." Nickel said while continuing to cry.
But there was a small sentence I could make out.
"Don't leave me here I didn't mean to. . . .. no." After Nickel said that he started to cry even more a shacked more and more.
I wanted to know what he was dreaming or who he was dreaming about. Then Nickel said something else in his sleep again, snapping me out of the train of thought.
"Wait. . . no no no wait no STOP!" Nickel then woke up at that last word, started to cry more, shacked more, and was out of breath. He was scared and I kind of jumped when he screamed awake.
