Y/N POV
All of Blackpink and I were currently in a car on our way to the hotel in Amsterdam. The first stop of their European portion of their tour. The airport situation in Korea was getting a lot better and there were not a lot of fans outside when we landed in the Netherlands so I was happy about that because the past few airport visits have been crazy. I don't know how the Asia portion will be but I'm getting myself mentally prepared for those.
I was currently sitting next to Jisoo in the car while Jennie, Rose and Lisa were seated behind us. It was not my choice to ride with the ladies of Blackpink but it was the only option because the managers stuff themselves in the other car with the luggages.
"Y/N, when are you going to ask Rose out?" Jisoo asked all abruptly catching all of our attentions. I didn't turn around to look at the other 3 ladies faces but I'm sure they were just as wide-eyed as I was to the question that was just asked. My attention went straight to Jisoo.
"What was that?" I asked trying to make sure I caught the question correctly.
"You ask Rose out?" Jisoo asked again thinking it was her English that I didn't understand the question. Lisa was just laughing out loud at the point because of the situation.
"Jisoo..." Jennie said and then started to say something to her in Korean.
"Rose and I are just friends, Jisoo." I spoke while Jennie was continuing to talk to her in Korean. Jisoo was responding back to Jennie in Korean so I had no clue what was going on. What the heck! Wait! What is going on here? Why would Jisoo just ask me that question all of a sudden?
"Oh, sorry." Jisoo said when she finished talking to Jennie and spoke to me again.
"It's fine. Why do you ask?" I asked now curious.
"No. Nothing." Jisoo responded quickly. Then the car ride got really quiet. I looked behind me and all of them all of a sudden has their headphones on and was pretending to sleep. I turned back to look at Jisoo and she had also put her headphones on and was just staring out the window.
What is going on? What is happening right now?
Rose POV
Jisoo is trying to get killed right now. How could she just ask that question all of a sudden? She literally asked that question out of no where. I just wanted to find a deep hole and bury myself. But, my heart dropped when Y/N said we are just friends. Are we just friends? We can't be. If we were, why do you flirt with me? Why do you smile so much when you are around me? Why do I get butterflies whenever you are around? We can't just be friends. What was Jisoo thinking? Jennie told unnie that she was crazy to ask that question and that Y/N has no clue that I was still in love with her. Jisoo thought I told Y/N that I was in love her still. So that is why she asked Y/N that question. I understand why Y/N is so confused right now. Y/N probably doesn't have feelings for me that is why she was so wide-eyed.
What was Jisoo-unnie doing? Y/N and I are just starting over again after my jealous episode. We are working on being okay around each other. Now I know it's about to be awkward again. Just like it is whenever something happens. Y/N has only been with us for a month and things keep going from us being okay to us being so awkward around each other that it makes everyone uncomfortable. Jennie told all of us to put our headphones in so that Y/N wouldn't ask us anymore questions.
We finally got to the hotel after what felt like an hour car ride. It was so awkward in the car. I didn't know if I should talk to Y/N and explain why Jisoo asked the question. I don't even know if I should be the one to explain what happened. But, who else would do it?
